Newly renovated small cottage in 2021 with a separate bedroom with double bedroom and wardrobes and a sleeping loft with two single beds. Fiber is located in the house. About 100m to the beach. Good bath for children. Bicycle path to Sjötorp where Göta Kanal is located and small cozy and restaurants and a small well-stocked grocery store in Lyrestad located 7 km from Sjötorp with Göta Canal. Go down to Vänern's edge at night and enjoy the sunset in the water horizon. Final cleaning is done by the guest, the landlord is not responsible for final cleaning.

Hajstorp is an idyll at Göta Kanal, about 5 km north of Töreboda. In Hajstorp there is a cafe and hostel and many life lovers are looking for a place to come during the summer months. At the southwestern end of Hajstorp lies Kanalingenjörsvillan, which was the official residence of the channel engineers between 1902 and 1977. Today, the Lahrin family lives in the villa. In a secluded part of the big garden is the little charming bush home. It is from the middle of the 19th century but has been carefully equipped with toilet and small kitchen/kitchenette.

With proximity to Vänern there is possibility to enjoy the surroundings with the whole family in this cottage with associated guest cottage for tot 8 people! Bicycle path connects this idyll with nice beaches only 5 minutes away, bikes are of course available to borrow for the whole family! Sjötorp / Göta Kanal you can reach by bike in just over 20 minutes (car 8 min). Skara Sommarland, Tiveden National Park, golf course, etc. are located in the nearby area! The cottage is also a perfect stop at road 26, on the way to the Swedish mountains!

Experience the luxury of nature and simplicity. Secluded just a hundred meters from the lake, surrounded by trees lies your cabin. A spot to just relax or hang out without a requirement. Take a morning swim in the lake or sit and cozy in front of the wood stove. At the lake, there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can use freely for a fee. It's a special experience you don't want to miss. Tiveden National Park with its easily accessible and wild nature is a popular excursion we really recommend. We are happy to advise you about tours.

The service residence at Storön Gården

On Storön you get to experience the tranquility, far away from the city but close to nature. Storön is a car-free island with no land connection. It offers Vänern which offers amazing sunsets and baths from both cliffs and sandy beaches. We even have an amazing forest that offers a rich plant and animal life with both gravel road and animal trails. In wintertime, there are nice ice cream for long-distance skates. The service home sits on a farm and every day there is the possibility to accompany and feed the animals.

Unwind in this oasis and enjoy the silence in the middle of the forest on one of Sweden's smallest plateau mountains. Not far from the house is Kvarnstensgruvan, where you can explore the mines and eat something. There are many hiking trails and nice walking paths in the area. 8 km away is a swimming lake where you also can buy a fishing license. In winter, it is close to a large toboggan run. Electric car chargers are available. Cleaning is not included, but can be purchased for SEK 800.

What a wonderful house. Our biggest issue was that we and the kids didn't want to leave it. Very inspiring decor, great kitchen, plenty of room for us and the kids. Our home can now only feel small. We did not meet Hanna, but she was very easy to reach, very fast and friendly in communication. In the house she left a lot of clear hints and tips, so we didn't have to ask a lot of questions. We really appreciated the small beach at the harbor, plus the many free sports facilities on the water, cycling on the Göta Canal and and and and. The nearest, better shopping is a bit away, which was no problem. By car we were flexible, many beautiful swimming opportunities on the lake. We will be happy to come back and congratulate everyone who can spend time here.

We stayed here one night and it was a really nice experience! The accommodation was small but well-equipped and had everything we needed. The location at Vänern was fantastic – we could go down in a bathrobe and take a morning swim 3 min from the accommodation. Beds were comfortable and we slept really well. The hosts were incredibly nice, thoughtful and welcoming – it was noticeable that they really care about their guests. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay near the water!

A wonderful place to relax. Fantastic lakeside location surrounded by flower meadows. Absolutely quiet location. The place is very comfortably furnished with high-quality amenities. A special highlight is the sauna by the water. I will miss going for a ride on the rowing boat across the lake in the evening. Daniel is a very good friendly host and responds quickly to any questions. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful place. Lovely to sit so close to the water and what a beautiful view! The cottage was ideal for us as a family of 3 and our daughter enjoyed the garden and the toys present. Unfortunately, the cottage was not as clean upon arrival as we are normally used to it & we went to clean immediately. It did not provide less holiday fun, but given the price of the cottage you can actually expect this. Ideal place to explore the area!
