Beachfront vacation rentals in Kalogria Beach

Das Haus und das Grundstück mit Nähe zum Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, bot genügend Platz für unsere zwei Familien und verfügte über alles was wir brauchten. Die Terrassen luden zum gemeinsamen verweilen und essen ein, der Garten war toll für die Kinder. Wir haben sogar ein paar Gottesanbeterinnen und Geckos gesehen :) Die Umgebung war zu der Zeit des Jahres außerhalb der Saison sehr ruhig, was gut zum abschalten ist. Für Restaurants und Supermärkte sind wir in die nächste größere Ortschaft Nikiti gefahren. In der Nähe befinden sich viele sehr schöne Strände und Bootsverleihe zum Erkunden der unzugänglichen Buchten und Inseln. Der Urlaub hat uns rundum sehr gut gefallen. Das hat auch an der Unterkunft und Gastfreundlichkeit von Ioannis gelegen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung. Athanasia und Costa waren super nett und hilfsbereit und haben uns auch zwischendurch Kleinigkeiten zu essen gebracht und gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Der Ausblick vom Balkon aufs Meer war grandios und der Ort sehr schön. In der Küche war alles was wir gebraucht haben vorhanden.

La casa es preciosa. Muy acogedora. Excelente ubicación. Las indicaciones que la anfitriona proporciona son muy claras y fáciles de seguir. Ella es muy amable y siempre está al pendiente de lo que se necesita. Sin duda regresaré en alguna otra ocasión. 🤗🤗🤗

Ein schöner Platz für einen tollen Urlaub. Der Strand von Siviri ist der sauberste, den wir auf Kassandra gesehen haben. Nettes Fischrestaurant in erlaufbarer Nähe. Supermarkt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

Modern, clean, bright and comfortable studio with view on the sea and next to a restaurant. The table and chairs on the balcony were perfect for breakfast and evening drinks. Quiet yet so close to all the shops and restaurants. 600 metres from the port. Very friendly and welcoming communication. Perfect stay!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll - die Aussicht phänomenal. Allerdings sollte man wissen, dass die nebenan liegenden Bars bis in die Nacht sehr laut sind. Dafür kann Dimitris aber nichts...er und sein Bruder Tasos waren sehr zuverlässig erreichbar und haben uns auch noch Dokumente ausgedruckt, die wir dringend benötigt haben. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, aber im Großen und Ganzen entschädigen der Ausblick und die Terrasse dafür.

Magnifique séjour en famille chez Spyros ! La villa est très belle avec des chambres décorées avec goût. Les salles de bain sont aussi très agréables et la cuisine est très bien équipée. Les extérieurs sont vastes et abrités. L'environnement est paisible. Mes enfants de 3 et 5 ans ont adoré profiter du grand jardin et de la chouette place de jeux. L'accès à la mer est direct sur une plage privée. Un paradis pour petits et grands ! Nous avons aussi fait la rencontre de petits chats adorables qui passent dans le jardin dont mes enfants ont adoré s'occuper et les nourrir. Merveilleux séjour dans un logement que je recommande assurément. Nous voulons déjà revenir !

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

The house was everythin we wanted. Big, clean, had a barbecue, nice quite place with a view at the sea. Would recommend

Es ist ein idyllischer Ort um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen und zur Ruhe zu kommen mit einem uralten Olivenbaum zum darunter verweilen, 30m vom menschenleeren Strand emtfernt. Toller Swimmingpool mit Abendbeleuchtung und Sprungbrett. Vor allem die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter und seiner Familien macht diesen Urlaub unvergesslich!

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

Nasz pobyt w tym apartamencie był absolutnie cudowny! Było czysto, przytulnie i komfortowo. Gospodarze byli przemili, bardzo pomocni i dbali o każdy szczegół. Jedzenie w restauracji było wyśmienite - świeże, smaczne i wspaniale podane. Zdecydowanie polecamy ten apartament wszystkim, którzy szukają spokojnego i przyjemnego miejsca na wypoczynek. Wrócimy tam z przyjemnością!

great place received upgraded room by host. fantastic pool with whirlpool option! nice sunbeds, nice olive garden super cute bar at the pool with vending machines with coffee, drinks, water. spacious rooms with big bathroom, nice kitchen with everything you need at hand. pool and garden very cosy at night with nice lighting. near restaurants and shops. very kind and communicative host. very clean accomodation!

The apartment is lovely and very tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The outside space is really good, overlooking the pool/gardens. A spacious balcony with wicker seating/table and a dining table. Access to the beach is very easy - down the steps, turn left and the sea is a few minutes walk. We sunbathed on seriously comfortable sunbeds on the beach at Hotel Rigakis. As we were there at the beginning of the season, these were free to use if you bought drinks and/or food. Keep walking along the beach road for lots of restaurants, a few bars and gift shops. Turn right up the roads and you will reach the main road where there are also restaurants, bakeries and shops. Two good size supermarkets are just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Jelena/Milan were exceptional hosts, contacting us before the holiday providing great instructions to find and access the apartment. They responded quickly to any questions we had. Would stay again.

Ich war 11 Tage bei Kostas und Gianna. Ich war das erste Mal alleine im Urlaub und war Anfangs deswegen etwas nervös.Die Nervosität legte sich mit dem ersten Schritt, den ich durch das Eingangstor machte.Gianna hat mich freudig begrüsst und mich durch die Tage immer wieder mit tollen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Auch Kostas gab mir zu jeder Zeit das Gefühl,herzlich willkommen zu sein und gab mir immer wieder gute Tipps für Unternehmungen, Strände oder Restaurants. Ich habe noch nie erlebt, dass Gastgeber so mit dem Herz dabei sind und auch aufrichtig Interesse an den Gästen zeigen und diese mit einbeziehen. Ich wurde zum Barbecue eingeladen und am Abflugstag zu einem leckeren Mousaka, welches Gianna aufwendig zubereitete. Auch die Hündin Bianca war ein weiteres Highlite. Ihren Blicken kann man kaum etwas ausschlagen. Und dann die kleine Baby-Katze Lisa. Sie hat mein Herz erobert 🥰 Dann die Lage… Es ist wirklich ein kleines Stückchen Paradies. Tatiana and Nikos are super friendly and accommodating hosts, always approachable and supporting. The apartment has everything as stated. The sea view from the veranda was the daily highlight for us and easily surpasses everything you see in the photos. You only have to cross a path to get to the beach and you are right on the crystal clear sea, perfect for snorkelling. Awesome accommodation, wholehearted recommendation!

We spent 10 days in Georgios house in off season. It was the perfect stay for us, truly everything we looked for. It was private, quiet and has a marvelous sea and sunset view. Everything in the house is new, clean and modern and we didn’t miss a single thing. We enjoyed early morning and evening walks at the beach as it’s easily reachable by foot. Georgios and his mom are very lovely people and the communication was fast and kind. Absolutely recommended.

Die Lage des Hauses war perfekt! Direkt am Strand: man konnte in der Früh mit einer Tasse Kaffee barfuß über die Straße gehen, sich in den Sand setzen und dem Meer lauschen oder eine Runde schwimmen gehen, das Meer ist in der Früh so friedlich. Wenn es zu heiss wurde, konnte man im schattigen Garten sitzen oder sich ins klimatisierte Haus zurückziehen. Das Haus war groß, sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Es gab sogar Sonnenschirm und 2 Strandstühle. Bis zum Supermarkt oder Restaurants waren es kaum 5 min zu Fuß am kleinen Hafen vorbei. Es gab viele gute Restaurants und Bars. In der Stadt selbst ist super viel los aber im Haus merkt man nichts davon. Deswegen war die Lage optimal. Der Schlüssel war in einer Schlüsselbox mit Code an der Eingangstür hinterlegt, wir konnten daher flexibel anreisen und dann direkt ins Haus rein. Es war alles sauber. Ioannis hat auf Fragen schnell geantwortet aber es gab nicht viel zu fragen. Alles perfekt!

Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη εμπειρία. Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα, πεντακάθαρο με πλήρη εξοπλισμό. Πολύ κοντά στην παραλία και το κέντρο. Η κυρία Μαριάνθη πολύ εξυπηρετική σε όλα. Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα!

Muhteşem. Manzara olağanüstü, büyüleyici. Kalabalıktan uzak, sessiz, sakin, huzurlu. Cennet. Konstantina çok misafirperver. Erken vardık ve plajda beklerken Konstantina bize plaja çesitli soğutulmuş meyveler ve içecek getirdi. Ayrıca evde tatilimiz sonuna kadar yeten bir sürü ikramları oldu. En ufak ayrıntısına kadar her şey düşünülmüştü. Çok teşekkür ederiz Konstantina. Umarım en kısa zamanda tekrar görüşürüz.

Center with park 1 minute away and on the opposite side a simple and beautiful cliff. Irene, you are wonderful!
