Я делаю всё возможное, чтобы вам было комфортно: поддерживаю чистоту, слежу за порядком и стараюсь создать уютную атмосферу. Дом старый, но есть двор и место для парковки. К сожалению, на некоторые вещи я повлиять не могу, зато внутри вас ждёт чистое, аккуратное и удобное пространство. Многие гости ставят 5 звёзд за комфорт и чистоту, и я всегда рада сделать ваше пребывание приятным!

Lovely apartment on the west bank of the Daugava river – ideally located between the Riga international airport and the city center in an old wooden house just opposite the Botanical garden. The space is decorated with a vintage taste and has all the comfort needed for you to feel at home. With 50 sqm, a small balcony on the back, a separate toilet, bathtub, kitchen, bedroom with a king size bed and living room with a sofa bed, it is a perfect place to stay for 2-4 people.

Modern apartment in a historic building from 1912. Riga is considered the Art Nouveau capital of Northern Europe. Here you can not only find many buildings with stunningly beautiful facades, but also live in one of them. The apartment is located 25 minutes walk from the Old Town and a few minutes walk from the famous Kalnciema quarter Public transport stops are right next to the house, which gives a certain noise. Please pay attention for this.
