The house has 3 bedrooms of which 1 with double bed and two bedrooms with sofa bed (IKEA Hemnes Dagbäd). The lake booth down on the dock serves as a guest room with a sofa bed as well as fireplace. The master bathroom has a shower, sauna and relax. The small bathroom comes with a shower.

Charming nature home for the fami and or friends! With nature and the pristine Kalix river around the corner, there are all possibilities! Hiking, berry picking, skiing, hunting and fishing or just relaxing! In the village (2.5 km) there is a grocery store and gas station (temporarily closed). Kalix 35km, Luleå with airport 75km, Jockfall 73km, Kamlunge 8km. There are in addition to 5 beds sofa bed where two can sleep.

Located very central to the shopping centers in Haparanda and Luleå. There are great golf courses in Kalix and in Haparanda/Tornio. Private bike/cross track in Kalix. Lovely and warm in the summer months of May, June, July and August.
