This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. The apartment is located on the outskirts of Torshavn, in beautiful nature and with beautiful views of the sea, where a path leads from the house, to the beach. 5 min. walk to bus which has 10 min. drive to the city center. The apartment is approx. 50 m2 and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, entrance hall, bathroom and a combined kitchen / living room with double sofa bed and normal fitted kitchen where there is cooking possibility. The cottage stands very close to the sea with a view of the fjord, the nearby marina and Torshavn. The house's unique location makes it possible to observe a varied wildlife of seabirds, some seals, fishing boats, cruise liners and container ships up close. This small house has two floors. The kitchen and living room are combined in one room on the ground floor and the bedroom and bathroom are on the 1. Floor.

Experience this newly built boathouse located right by the seafront and only 100 m from a grocery store, local bakery/cafe, public svimming/spa hall and public busses. The boathouse is 50 m2 + a loft equipped with all modern conveniences. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom and the main area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a sofa area with a TV that has access to several channels and wifi.

Newly renovated old house. Cozy and with a great view of the ocean and mountain. The house sleeps 5 and has in addition a airmatress several childrens beds. There is a playroom for children withtoysmganes and so on. The local area is relaxing with great nature for hikeing, fishing, walks in the village etc. There is a public sportshall and a large outdoor playground close by.
