Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kaiwaka

Great little townhouse, all new and shiny! Got heaps of sun and was toasty warm with the heat pump on the cool mornings. Loved the location it was so handy to the market, shops and theatre. Just a few minutes walk. The bed was super comfy.

One of my staff stayed at this accommodation. Her feedback is "Graham and Lea were very welcoming and attentive hosts. Their Airbnb is cosy with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fresh bread and home made guava jam was a bonus! Would highly recommend staying here"

Well I must say in our opinion, this is the best spot in Mangawhai Heads, beautiful views from the unit of the beach in front. The unit is awesome, with everything you need. We stayed as a couple, but the unit has room for a family. Easy access to beach and short walk to surf beach and walking trails. Leanne was a wonderful host; excellent with communication and very helpful. The accomodation has a stunning view and is beautifully kept - comfortable, clean and just right for our stay (a two-nighter). The location was excellent; close to the city which has wonderful restaurants - of note The Quay. Highly recommended.

Lovely spot and charming little area. Beach was a couple minutes walk away and I enjoyed walking up to the shops via the beautiful beach. The 4 square nearby was really great for groceries and the kitchenette was good for cooking a small meal. It wasn't super clear to me beforehand that it was attached to their house, so that's something to keep in mind, but it wasn't an issue in the end. Robbie and Anette were very nice and friendly and made me feel very welcome. Overall a nice, relaxing experience.

Second time I have stayed here. A nice relaxing place in the country. Perfect for a get away. Having a washing machine and dryer is always a bonus. Chocolates on arrival, a welcome treat. I found the bed perfect for my liking. Will be back again, as good location for day trips up to Bay of Islands and other surrounding areas.

Fantastic villa with everything you could possibly need. Location was 10/10, the village is only a 2-3 min walk away if that but where the villa is located is so quiet and private. The villa was super clean, furnished well, and the bed was really comfortable, also appreciated the quality linens throughout from the beds to the towels. Lovely private deck to enjoy the sunshine. Kitchen had everything you would need for meals, same applies to the bathroom and laundry, everything you would have at home was provided for here. Jenny was a dream to deal with, responded promptly and the lock box check in made it even smoother. We will be definitely be back and are excited to have found a dream little villa to stay at. We will be repeat visitors thats for sure.

We love getting out of the city and Raewyn's place was perfect. Waking up to fog on the lake with ducks and swans was special. Cosy and comfortable apartment. Very comfy bed. Lovely large bathroom. Yummy breakfast. Great recommendations for places to visit. A very welcoming dog too.

We stayed here for a girls weekend away and it was Perfect. Very spacious, relaxing and private. A beautiful outlook when sitting on the deck. The spa is a lovely added bonus which we enjoyed. Natasha is a fab host, great communication and easy to follow instructions. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property. We all had a fab time.

The house was great, we felt directly at home. we had everything we needed and the perfect view oder Mangawhai. Melody was a great host, always quick to answer, friendly and super flexible. we would stay again anytime!

Staying at Shona's place was a joy - she was super responsive and helpful, checking in and out was easy and the place was comfortable and peaceful. Lots of games and ammenities provided, close to Matakana town but far enough away to feel like an escape. Would happily recommend this spot!

We had a truly magical time staying at Karl’s hidden gem on the beach front, we were blessed with stunning sunrises and sunsets from one mountain to another over the sea, we felt right at home here, the beachfront was truly spectacular, private and the home was so cozy and so special to be in, we are very grateful for the experience, we had the best time with lots to do and explore in the area, we were constantly blown away by how beautiful and special it was

The house was exactly as described. Excellent outdoor hosting facilities. Short walk to restaurants and very handy to the golf course.

We stayed for a long weekend and loved the house and the location. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s even better in person, especially the amazing views! The house was a short walk to the beach and The Cove cafe. It was very clean, tidy and well appointed. The host was very flexible and accommodating which was appreciated. I would highly recommend and would happily stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Airbnb right on the water’s edge. The location was absolutely stunning – peaceful, scenic, and so close to nature. Our host was super friendly and full of helpful local tips. We especially loved the walk to the nearby surf beach and grabbing a morning coffee at the local campground. A perfect spot to relax and explore!

The house was absolutely perfect for our group - although compact, it feels generous for a group of 5 with a great layout, plenty of seating and a very functional kitchen. The view is to die for!!! Hosts were very communicative and it was exactly what we expected from the listing - but better (I need to mention that view again at this point as the photos don’t do it justice). A short drive to everything the region has to offer, but it was nice to be a little out of the way. Would definitely stay again.
