Fully fenced and located down a quiet cul de sac in Whatuwhiwhi, overlooking Perehipe Bay, on the beautiful Karikari Peninsula. A few minutes walk through a bush track down to a lovely safe swimming beach. Perfect calm bay for swimming, paddleboarding, and watersports. Launch the boat off the beach ramp, spend the day fishing in Doubtless Bay or go out wide for game fish or off the rocks at either end of the beach.

Oak Tree Hut

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Recent rustic built wooden hut on our hillside property. One comfortable single bed . Breakfast corner , eat at the window overlooking the fields and SH10 or outside on the little deck. Toilet and shower is at the main house which has its own seperate entrance and will be shared with other guests if they are occupying the Cabin . There is a cooking area , 2 gas points and a BBQ , pans etc.. also double sink to wash up. Large parking area .

The Tiny (off grid) House on Wai Māhanga Farm

Your Air Conditioned accoms are a small Off Grid Tiny Home. It is situated in Taumārere just 3 kms out of Kawakawa on SH11 on the way to Paihia on our working Regenerative Farm. Specifically built for couples to enjoy the privacy and beautiful farm views over green paddocks to the Cycleway and Vintage Railway which border our property. The tiny house is intimate, open plan, with a small kitchen incl a double gas stovetop and a decent wee fridge/freezer. Internet is provided through Starlink!

Plum cottage is a unique 120 year old washhouse conversion in a Bohemian Farm Chic decor on the outskirt of Kaitaia township. The cottage is on the edge of our working farm with views to our flower farm, vegetable gardens and plum orchard . The kitchen has microwave and air fryer / Grill as well as all kitchen utensils you may need. Bathroom has shower, toilet and basin. Walking distance to local bar and grill, supermarket, Mitre 10 and the Warehouse , 3 min drive to kaitaia central.

Wake up in your own private, sun-drenched apartment. Perched on a hilltop, uninterupted views of Mt Camel. Our only neighbours are fruit trees, cows, a friendly dog and cat. Stunning sunrises and sunsets, fantastic for romantic get-aways or a writer's retreat. We are currently in spring and have plenty of cute little calves roaming the paddocks. The apartment is set on the north end of our family homestead, with a kitchen, bathroom & private entry.
