Unser Terrassen-Apartment befindet sich in der ersten Etage eines renovierten Jugenstilhauses aus dem Jahr 1906. 
Dir stehen zwei Zimmer - ein Schlafzimmer und eine Wohnküche - mit insgesamt 70 qm, sowie eine Terrasse mit 45 qm zur Verfügung. Die Fenster der Wohnküche haben Blick auf einen ruhigen Innenhof, auf die Terrasse und in den Garten. Du wird dich gleich wohlfühlen, wenn du ein grosszügiges renoviertes Altbau-Ambiente im eklektischen Stil mit viel Kunst an den Wänden schätzt.

Absolutely quiet, centrally located and ideally divided. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in one of the most beautiful streets in Unterbilk. One bedroom faces the back and has direct access to the terrace. The front bedroom is quietly located on the street. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower area. The high ceilings and the coverage of the trees in front of the house ensure a pleasant climate in hot summers. From the kitchen and living room you can reach a balcony.

The beds are already made and towels are ready.
