Old Fashioned Stunner

Original, Kiwi, 50's family bach with its own direct access to Coopers Beach. Rumpty, but comfy, and sitting on a large private section with room for cars and a boat. The bach is very private and quiet. It has magnificent uninterrupted views across Doubtless Bay, and you can walk down to the beach via a private path through the trees in 2 minutes. The bach has a heat pump, heaters and lots of blankets so that it remains cosy at night. We think it's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway!

Lynda’s Log House. For small groups in the country

The house is a genuine redwood Log house. It has a fantastic view. It is 30 years old and has the old country style. You can hear different kinds of birds, including kiwis at night. The house was built on an old house site so is surrounded by large established trees. You are centrally placed so can visit the sites, East, North and West. It feels like you are away from it all but you are only 12 minutes from Kaitaia on a gravel road. There are approximately 20 different beaches in the north.

This newly completed unit in park-like grounds is a spacious homely area with an outdoor terrace. The interior has one bedroom with queen size bed, wet room bathroom, kitchen/dining area with limited cooking facilities (no oven or hob) a separate lounge with TV it has Wi-Fi throughout. Breakfast items supplied for you to self-cater. Location Is 15 mins drive from Kaitaia for local shopping. Both East & West coast beaches are 20 min drive for great days out, return to Relax in your own space.

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.
