Out the gate and into the ocean! Swim, fish, dive! Everything here for a beach break with an expansive front lawn for parking the boat, playing with the kids and dog. Sit on the deck and watch the whales and dolphins or rest your eyes on the mountains. Close to the whale, dolphin & seal watch boats, and boat launching facilities. Centrally located on the beautiful Kaikoura Esplanade with the beach and stunning mountain views at the end of the driveway. Just a short walk in either direction along the new beach path takes you either to the Pier Hotel, or past Hiku Restaurant and Encounter Kaikoura Cafe if walking towards the town centre which is approx 15 minutes away. Easy walk to the playground. The Cottage is small but cosy with everything you need, recently renovated, a secluded place to relax and enjoy Kaikoura.

Nestled right next to the beach with private access and still very central to Kaikōura. Some activities you will enjoy are: whale watching, swimming with dolphins and seals, kayaking, and walks in the Kaikoura native bush.
