We enjoyed our winter-weekend stay at Gary’s place. Nice quiet location close to beach and cycle trail. Great wood-burner with lots of firewood. Very useful garage for bikes.

Our stay at view with a room was stellar! Shirley is an extremely thoughtful host. She has everything you could possibly think to need with some very thoughtful touches such as freshly laid eggs that were left for us. The accommodation was impeccably clean and so well thought out. Modern bathroom, nice lighting. Beautiful views in a peaceful and serene setting. We walked at low tide to see the starfish, what a fun adventure! Shirley has a tide chart printed so you can time it just right. We loved our time at view with a room and highly highly recommend staying here. Thank you again Shirley!

An extraordinarily beautiful place to stay. The house looks out directly to the ocean - we arrived to see the sun setting from the terrace and were blown away by the view, the set-up and the peaceful surroundings. The house is modern with fantastic light coming through in the lounge and bedrooms. All of the facilities were good quality and there were some nice touches in the kitchen and bathroom, including provisions, lots of towels, and plenty of kitchen equipment. It is obviously a place that has been well thought-out and they’ve created an amazingly relaxing, comfortable, and inviting home. We hope to be back some day, even just for the view alone.
