Inexpensive and close to the port and jr takamatsu station 4-minute walk from the main street Highest And quiet convenience store 2-minute walk There is a skiya nearby, and there is also a ramen restaurant. It's just close to everything. It's very nice.

Amazing!! The beauty - both inside and out - is unsurpassed. Spectacular views from every unit. Great set up for bedrooms and common spaces. We rented all 3 units so had exclusive use of the large dining room for our family group of 16. Easy access to beach with sauna and jacuzzi - really fun to walk out to the island and shrine at low tide. Clear water, gentle sloping beach - kids swam for hours. Staff went above and beyond to be welcoming and accommodating. They helped us schedule a chef to come in and serve dinners and breakfasts - local, fresh food was delicious! A unique, secluded, off-the-beaten-track locale. Highly recommended!!

I was able to stay without seeing anyone. Here and there, I wondered what to do. There were some places like that, but it was not a big deal, and I was able to stay without any particular inconvenience. As others have reviewed, the floor is cold. It says there is no toothbrush in the amenities, but for ¥300 you can buy a body sponge, toothbrush and room slippers. It was a little disappointing because I bought a new toothbrush set.

A comfortable and convenient stay for anyone travelling through Uno! The facilities were very clean and my room was exactly as described. I especially enjoyed how comfortable the bedding was! The shared laundry room was very helpful and their dryers also work very well. Highly recommend!

The staff at Uno Port Inn makes it a great place to stay. They are professional, interactive and were interested in our well being. It started when left our luggage there before we checked in. Mr. Minh communicated how to ferry to Naoshima and how to get around. Mr. Max checked us in when we returned from wonderful day on Naoshima and pointed out places to eat for dinner. And the restaurants were wonderful and we would readily recommend them to anyone. Messrs Max, Minh and Takashi provided an excellent breakfast before we another terrific day on Naoshima. It was nice that they had interest in our schedule and that it was doable. Messrs Max, Minh and Takashi made our stay really great! No regrets about not being to stay in a hotel on Naoshima.

It was really difficult to book a room, but I finally got the chance. For one night! I can understand why it's so popular - Easy to find, exceptional access to train station and ferries. And the staff there were super warm, friendly and very helpful. shout out to Takashi, Minh and their colleagues for being such great hosts. The included breakfast set was really nice. All this made up for the room which was a wee tight for a couple.

We’ve had a lovely and comfortable stay. Futon beds were comfortable and shower was good. The location of the inn is perfect, close by the train station and the ferry to Noashima island. We were received with genuine warmth and all relevant information we could need. We will gladly come back again to visit Teshima island that time as well.

Had a great stay here! Me and my wife were planning to go to naoshima, teshima island, and this place is worth as the hub. 5 min walks to the station and sea port,friendly staff, good breakfast, and full amenities. Plus i had a great time chat with the host. Max san and i hit it off with local stories of the art islands. Since iam an architect nerd, its really interesting to know behind the stories of naoshima and teshima from the perspective of local people. Cheers

The Uno Port Inn was perfectly located right between the train station and port and served as the perfect launching point for our visits to Naoshima and Teshima. The Miyazaki room was small and the bathroom was down the hall, but it was all as described and served our needs fine. We appreciated the very friendly and proactive staff that was always there in the lobby to greet us every day, and the breakfast was a nice bonus as well. We had a very beautiful, quiet stay.
