The bulk of the land is in native bush, with bush walks. 1 km from the Pou Herenga Tai cycle way, & about 30 mins drive from both Kaikohe & Kerikeri. With a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining room/lounge - it is comfortable, warm and homely. Limited Wifi and Freeview TV available. Beautiful Whangaroa Harbour. This Bach has stunning views over and down the harbour from the full front of the house and decks. Just 10 mins to Tauranga Bay beach. Great to relax or go fishing or head to a beach for the day. Whangaroa is s small village with a general store, game fishing club and pub. Great food at the club or pub.. Peaceful, tranquil and a nice escape from busy life.. My place is good for couples, families and furry friends (pets).

Stunning location with a spectacular view. House was comfortable and coped very well with our group of 7, however the upstairs bedrooms need to be shared by a family as access to the bathroom was through the other bedroom. Road up to house very tricky and probably better attempted with a 4 wheel drive. We had a great week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

We had a fantastic time at Nikki and Chris’s place. The house is spacious, comfortable, and set in beautiful surroundings. Even in winter, we made the most of the backyard and loved relaxing in the spa pool. The bedrooms can get a bit chilly, but the extra blankets were a thoughtful touch. The fireplace kept the rest of the house warm and cosy throughout our stay. The beds were super comfortable, and the house was spotless. Thanks so much, Nikki and Chris, for your warm hospitality and great communication — we hope to come back in summer!
