Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Kaeng Khoi District

nancy, the people working at and the owner of the cottage were very friendly and always ready to help. we had a barbecue alltogether on one night which was fully paid by the owner. the place is quiet and peaceful and really is great to lay low for a while. the only inconveniance is the difficult availabilities to come around and limited ways of transport at the cottage. i would still defenitely recommend this place :)

great place for those who care about nature. we saw wild elephants walking near the village for the first time. it's quiet around, great view, and at night you can see a lot of stars in the sky.

Jane is a super host. The villa is really cleaning well , and her explanation is easy to understand. I left my T-shirt at the villa , but Jane and her maid send back to me.(I live in Bangkok) I appreciate their help. I can recommend this place & host .

Great place and lovely host, highly recommend stay!

Our third time staying here, and it always feels just as warm and inviting as the first. The location is perfect close to nature, yet super convenient. The spacious backyard is a dream for our dogs to run and play. The kitchen is well-equipped, ideal for anyone who loves to cook. Our host is always responsive and flexible, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

The property is perfect for a family, clean, large and equipped, the surroundings are quite boring and it is not really possible to order a taxi through apps so it is less relevant for those without a car, the villa is located on a hill with no convenient access roads by walking so you can't go anywhere on foot. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is very serviceable and nice.

It was a great stay

private accommodation with a shared pool. nice views from the roof top. well equipped kitchen. this accommodation is 3 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk from the nearest 7-Elevens, at the center of this area. the Italian restaurant at the front of the property is very convenient, and delicious food.

It would be nice if the waiter was more enthusiastic. We tipped a total of 2500-3000, and the service was indeed a bit poor.

A very hospitable host who checks in with her guests daily to ensure there are no issues with their stay. Shows proactiveness to taking care of her guests. Overall great experience and highly recommended place for big families to stay in

We had an amazing stay at Heaven 77. The House was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cozy garden with the fireplace & comfortable living area made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect with spectacular views. Communication with the host was seamless; they were always prompt, friendly, and helpful. We especially appreciated the amazing breakfast with its presentation. It’s clear they put effort into creating a memorable experience for their guests. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Khai Yai and hope to return in the future. Good host, a good retreat from central Khao Yai. We were with the children and they loved the pool. Recommend host to be a bit more flexible on the fees like other hosts. But they are very nice, polite and also provided us with ice and water everyday. Recommended place to stay.

Beautiful place to enjoy a weekend getaway in Khao Yai. We celebrated a birthday with a big group and it was exactly what we needed. Hosts were super responsive and made the whole stay a breeze :)

It's perfect for relaxing. There's still a lot of things to do inside the house. Karaoke, ping pong table, plunge table, or bike around. And what I like the most. It's clean and comfortable. There are all cooking utensils. I would not be disappointed if you have the opportunity to go back for sure.

The house is clean and comfy. The utensils of the kitchen are complete, we love the kitchen. The host is also very nice and friendly. I would come back to this homestay again if I am visiting Khao Yai in the future.
