Our third time staying here, and it always feels just as warm and inviting as the first. The location is perfect close to nature, yet super convenient. The spacious backyard is a dream for our dogs to run and play. The kitchen is well-equipped, ideal for anyone who loves to cook. Our host is always responsive and flexible, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

The house is so lovely with spacious common area surrounded by nature. The bedrooms are clean and comfy. The kitchen is fully equipped! The host welcomed us warmly with food and everything. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to enjoy kayaking as the rain was quite heavy during the stay but everything else was more than perfect! private accommodation with a shared pool. nice views from the roof top. well equipped kitchen. this accommodation is 3 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk from the nearest 7-Elevens, at the center of this area. the Italian restaurant at the front of the property is very convenient, and delicious food.

It would be nice if the waiter was more enthusiastic. We tipped a total of 2500-3000, and the service was indeed a bit poor.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need – truly a paradise for anyone who enjoys cooking. The kitchen had all the tools and space to make shared meals a real joy. On top of that, there were plenty of activities for every age, so no one ever felt left out. We came as a group of friends, and it was the perfect setting for quality time, fun, and relaxation. Highly recommend for group trips or families!

Had such a great stay at Preeyaphat’s place! It has this awesome country-style vibe that totally gave me Red Dead Redemption feels. Super cozy and relaxing, with just the right mix of rustic and comfy. Preeyaphat is an incredible host—very responsive and attentive, making sure everything was just right throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a unique getaway with a cozy, Western-inspired atmosphere, I highly recommend staying here. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The bed was super comfortable with high-quality linen bedding, and the WiFi was fast—which we really appreciated. The AC worked perfectly, keeping the room nice and cool. Every morning, the host prepared a delicious breakfast for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The property itself is beautiful—surrounded by lush floral gardens full of butterflies. You can really tell they pay great attention to detail, from the tasteful decor to the overall design of the space. Everything felt chic, clean, and well cared for. The host was incredibly kind and helpful—truly one of the best we’ve ever met. The location is also great: not far from Khao Yai National Park and with some really good restaurants nearby. Good host, a good retreat from central Khao Yai. We were with the children and they loved the pool. Recommend host to be a bit more flexible on the fees like other hosts. But they are very nice, polite and also provided us with ice and water everyday. Recommended place to stay.

Beautiful place to enjoy a weekend getaway in Khao Yai. We celebrated a birthday with a big group and it was exactly what we needed. Hosts were super responsive and made the whole stay a breeze :)

It's perfect for relaxing. There's still a lot of things to do inside the house. Karaoke, ping pong table, plunge table, or bike around. And what I like the most. It's clean and comfortable. There are all cooking utensils. I would not be disappointed if you have the opportunity to go back for sure.

They even surprised us with fresh mangoes, guavas, and eggs from their farm—everything was super organic! The convenience of using a golf cart to get to the nearby 7-11 was a bonus, especially since we didn’t have our own transportation. They also generously let us borrow their motorbike to explore the town, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and peaceful retreat.
