It features a heated swimming pool (open from April 1 to October 31) with a removable cover, set on an 800-square-meter (2.0-acre) property with flowers. An indoor hot tub, with lounge, treadmill and TV. Private covered terrace with garden furniture, table, lounge chair, and barbecue.
