No noise pollution, no real car traffic, but nights when it still gets dark. New: The property is now completely fenced. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes away by car. For the essentials, there is an old "Konsum" [consumer cooperative] in the neighboring village. Having a car here is seen as an advantage.

The building complex consists of a large sleeping and living yurt and a cottage in which the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with warm water are located. Enjoy the moments in the sauna, by the pond, by the campfire, in the hammock or in the flower garden.

The property is ideal for parents with children or for those looking for a nature-related getaway. The trailer is compact but offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. On the 2nd floor, there are 6 bedrooms with new box-spring beds and en-suite bathrooms, which can be reached via a small staircase from the fireplace room or via the main staircase. In the manor house, there is also a small restaurant "Hofküche" on the first floor.
