Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach café. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves. Two beds where you lie on the first floor and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetops, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Our guests are completely on their own. Before arrival, you can be sure that the house is extra carefully cleaned with regard to disinfection of table surfaces, kitchen benches, sinks, toilets, faucets and handles, etc. We do this as an extra protection for our guests as we have Covid-19 in fresh memory.

Entire accommodation in idyllic Skånegård in Brösarp

Stay in your own apartment in one of the lengths of a four-length Skåne farm in the middle of Brösarp "the gateway to Österlen." Immediate proximity to all the comforts of the village. Here you will have a good stay in two rooms and a kitchen with toilet and shower room. Possibility of 2 extra beds, i.e. a total of 6 beds. The beds are made when you arrive, both sheets and towels are included! Idyllic if you want to experience amazing scenery as you can enjoy the garden with flowing streams and grazing sheep on the surrounding hills.

Newly renovated smaller cottage (25 sqm). A separate bedroom with double bed. Two sleeping lofts with room for 2 and 1 bed, respectively. Stunning surrounding nature with beech forests and large fields. Rich bird life. 3 km to the sea. Endless bike paths without car traffic. Walking distance to Solgårdens restaurant. In Maglehem, there is no car traffic. Five km to the nearest grocery store. This place is most beautiful in Skåne. South from the south: Take road 19 that go from Ystad towards Kristianstad. Turn right at Maglehem/Lillehem.

Welcome to our guesthouse in the middle of Drakamöllan's beautiful nature reserve. Here you will find hiking trails through rolling beech forests and vast heaths with unique flora and fauna. The guesthouse is bright and airy, with access to a large lush garden with dining area. The entire property is characterized by birdsong and tranquility, yet still close to pristine white sandy beaches (the nearest one 6 kilometers [3.7 miles] away) and Österlen's rich variety of restaurants, cafés, cultural offerings, and unique natural experiences.

Cozy cottage in the middle of Brösarp.

In the middle of Brösarp is our cottage in a quiet and scenic setting. The cottage is in close proximity to our dwelling house. It is walking distance to Gästis, Talldungen, ICA store and to the many hiking trails found in the surroundings. To the sea with the long sandy beaches it is 7 km. In the cottage there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass porch. Barbecue is available with all accessories and bicycles can be borrowed.

White house in Brantevik Österlen

A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Cottage in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & the sea

Within walking distance is the vast beautiful beach that stretches from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025, we have 4 new nice bicycles in the cottage that can be used by guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in Helge Å, among other places. The military facility Ravlunda shooting range is a bit away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no activity. In other periods, sounds and bangs from shooting exercises can be heard.

Maglehems pattern

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. An oasis with amazing views of the ocean and Stenshuvud. Here, you can hike in the surrounding nature reserves or easily reach the mile-long beach. You will live in the old stone buildings with plenty of space (200 m2), access to large social spaces with their own cinema and wood-fired sauna and cozy bedrooms. The farm has two thousand apple trees and its own mustery (Maglehem's mustery) where we produce and sell our must, apple wine and calvados.

Härlig naturtomt, lugn gata 8 stugor., ca 40 m till närmsta grannen. 10 minuters promenad till strand. Hundstaket finns. Toalett/kiosk /p-plats vid strand.. Nära avstånd: fotbollsplan, basketplan, boulebana, grillplats. Tomten: grilla, bra lek yta ( ex minitennis), cyklar medtag hjälm, cykelkärra för små barn. Badtunnan maj - oktober. Charming cabin cloose to nature and next to water

Charmigt, unikt, enkelt boende i naturen, med vatten och lugn precis utanför stugknuten 3 km från Mörrum Här bor du lyxigare än i tält men ändå lika nära naturen - en perfekt getaway! Stugan är oisolerad, enkel och inredd i äldre stil med en skön dubbelsäng med utsikt över vatten med ett rikt fågelliv. Laga mat över öppen eld utomhus, värm tevatten på kaminen inne i stugan och bara njut av lugnet. Utekök, utedusch med varmvatten samt torrdass. Små husdjur välkomna. Fiske är ej tillåtet!
