New apartment on the west beach

Hello, We offer a new apartment near the beach for rent. It is brand new (built in 2017), a 4-minute walk to the beach, a 5-minute walk to town. The apartment is separate from the house and very private. The apartment is small but nice. We look forward to seeing you soon!Very suitable for 1-2 people. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for children because it is a one-room apartment and is too small for a crib, etc. I'm so sorry, but since I have kids myself, I speak from experience.

The prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in the main season and €1.80 in the off-season per person./day including bed linens, a set of towels and 2 rental bikes. The Groot Stuv has two bedrooms. One facing south with a large double bed and one facing east with a single bed plus day bed with sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower. On the north side there is a terrace where you can have breakfast or sunbathe.

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.

Island Residence Juist

The modern house with 9 individual apartments, clinkered with high-quality materials, has existed since 1992 and has an unobstructed view of the Wadden Sea. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Juist sandy beach. Bakery, supermarket and various other shops are also just a few 100 meters away. The walk to the harbor is also only 10 to 15 minutes.
