Byt má 50 m2, je v prvním patře. Je připraven plnohodnotně ubytovat 4 osoby. Ve velkém obývacím pokoji s plně vybavenou kuchyní, jsou dvě pohodlné postele. V ložnici jsou také dvě postele. Všechny postele jsou široké 100 cm a je možná úprava jak double tak twin. Pro kuřáky je k dispozici terasa vedle bytu.

The apartment consists of an enclosed bedroom with a king-size bed, a kitchen, a living room with a full-size sofa bed sleeping two, and a small dining room. The bathroom contains a shower. The apartment is on the first floor of the building, up one flight of stairs. There is also an elevator.
