Rosenlundsstugan is located in the Rosenlund area of Jönköping, just 3 km (1.9 miles) from the city center. The cottage is beautifully situated near the southern shore of Lake Vättern. Also close to Elmia (300 m walking distance), Rosenlundsbadet, and Husqvarna Garden. You are renting a fully self-contained cottage with a living room with a kitchen bench and a kitchenette, a toilet with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft with two single beds. Welcome! When you step in, the entrance lights are turned off by motion. Take off your outerwear/shoes and follow the stairs down to the living room with a sleeping alcove that offers adjustable beds, sofa and armchair. Choose from TV or big screen projector for best movie experience. Mibox gives you multiple apps for streaming. Wi-Fi is available! The kitchen has coffee, tea, microwave, fridge, induction stovetop, convection fryer, and washing machine. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with shower, toilet and storage. Electric vehicle charging available at a small cost.

Stenhaga - house by its own lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Loft Niva84 is perched on a cliff, 84 meters above Lake Vättern, just outside Jönköping. Built in 2016, the house features a modern design focused on function and selected details. Perfect for both business and leisure guests. Its strategic location between Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo makes it an ideal place to pause and recharge – both yourself and your EV (charging available). Here, you’re close to both city and nature, with excellent public transport and the lake at your feet.

Silence, peace and quiet! We want to share our paradise. Access to a boat and barbecue area and endless gravel roads. A private apartment that is in our workshop area just outside our residential building. Hiking and cycling in magical nature. Jälluntoftaleden is 12 km long and is close. Perch and pike in the lake. Fiber network on rainy days! You have access to a boat and firewood. No fishing license required.

Unique holiday cottage(s) only 10 meters from the lake. 75 m2 living space 2000 m2 garden and 200 meters coastline. Very private and very cosy and comfortable. The property exists of two main buildings: 1. house with kitchen, fireplace and bedroom with double bed. (It is also possible to use seperate beds) 2. A modern utility building that contains shower and toilet. Use of canoe and life vests is included.
