You are renting a fully self-contained cottage with a living room with a kitchen bench and a kitchenette, a toilet with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft with two single beds. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Timberhouse near beautiful lake Sommen

Cozy log cabin by Lake Sommen. Excellent for those of you who want to get out to the quiet and unwind from everyday stress. Quiet location with the wild nature around you. 150 meters behind the cottage is a barbecue area and a beautiful view of Lake Sommen. Nice forest areas with walking paths and hiking trails for mushroom and berry picking. Great chance to see a lot of wildlife such as deer, moose, fox and even sea eagle. 500 meters walk to the steamboat harbor, swimming area and fishing.

Silence, peace and quiet! We want to share our paradise. Access to a boat and barbecue area and endless gravel roads. A private apartment that is in our workshop area just outside our residential building. Hiking and cycling in magical nature. Jälluntoftaleden is 12 km long and is close. Perch and pike in the lake. Fiber network on rainy days! You have access to a boat and firewood. No fishing license required.

Unique holiday cottage(s) only 10 meters from the lake. 75 m2 living space 2000 m2 garden and 200 meters coastline. Very private and very cosy and comfortable. The property exists of two main buildings: 1. house with kitchen, fireplace and bedroom with double bed. (It is also possible to use seperate beds) 2. A modern utility building that contains shower and toilet. Use of canoe and life vests is included.
