Beachfront vacation rentals in Jomtien Beach

I liked the place. I found it pretty comfortable. The furniture and TV are outdated, but for the price for 1 week, that's the trade-off. The internet at times went in and out, but overall, it did its job. The location can be a little tricky if you don't place your pin drop directly on the home. I would stay again but I did pay more for electricity in 1 week than I did a whole month in bigger villas. Try it out nice place overall.

super helpful host, we are absolutely grateful for the early checking. * easy to locate, all thanks to the description given by host. * location is perfect... mins away from beach, 7-eleven, restaurants, cafes etc * huge plus for the bigg laundry room, we kept our luggage here saving us the pain of carrying it up the steep stairs. * my kids enjoyed playing in the front porch. * kitchen is perfect if u love cooking. in all it's a perfect house, if u don't mind the steep stairs...we enjoyed our stay, will definitely book again.

Kanjana place was a rare find in every sense .the caretaker Khun Nui was gem of a person , made us feel like at home. while there aren't many food choices nearby, the Viewmare resturant is worth it. the best part is location which is so peaceful and quiet , yet close enough to main Pattaya city. it's a perfect family getaway.

Pupae is a very friendly host and the place is perfect for a getaway to the coast.

it was so near to beach and we were getting tuk tuk to go to walking street per person 10Bhat and while coming also we got tuk tuk after getting down it was walkable distance.the room was tidy and hygiene.loved the place .I recommend for people who loves to stay near beach.

The place is clean, just like the pictures at night. The pool is beautiful. Close to the beach. The owner is friendly. Will stay again.

Very nice place to stay and amazing host. Very helpful and responsive host. Easy check in and check out process. The host came to give our deposit back at 5 am in the morning because we had to check out at that time, and i felt that it was very kind of him

Everything was amazing! great apartment. rooftop pool is just top, location is gorgeous. The only downside is there was no hot water, it was barely warm, but nevertheless it did not spoil the impression

We had a great stay at Uncle Noom's house. The host was always responsive and friendly. The house was great and has everything you may need and more! We were pleasantly surprise and enjoyed all the little details of the organization in the house. It is well thought out and clearly arranged with the experience of living in it. The location is right in between the beach and the wet market. Easy to get supplies and enjoy a BBQ by the pool/jacuzzi. We seriously enjoyed our weekend!

The host responded quickly and was very enthusiastic about helping me solve the problem. The room was fully furnished and matched the pictures, and check-in was convenient.

I loved the stay at this Place ! 15-20 min ride to pattaya downtown, calm, lots of food nearby ! Pool and washing maschine in the building ! Would 100% come back :)!!

The house is big and clean,very suitable for group vacation and the location is good.

Good deal on a solid apartment on the 20th floor, right on the beach. Cooking supplies and everything you could possibly need. Pools decent, gym is well i'll just say not really usable lol. Location is on very quiet side of town about 10 minute drive / 4 miles away from all the busy craziness .

A great place for a bigger group a little bit out of the craziness of main areas. The bedrooms have A/C but the common spaces only have fans, not a problem but just something to be aware of. Overall a great place! I would choose here again.

Really good location, on 26th floor, with an incredible sea view from the living room and from master bedroom! Flat is brand new, really good!

I am very happy staying at this place. The room pretty clean and host sent someone to clean your room everyday. In the middle of Pattaya and you can chill out in the private pool with beach beside it. Definitely will come back.

Place is as described on the 14th floor. It was clean and about the size of a hotel room. Bed was comfortable and located in centrally with a short walk to the beach. It would have been nice to have a local knowledge notebook in the room to provide travelers with the how to navigate the transportation system and local markets to visit. You can go to most of the city via jump on pickup trucks that costs only 10 baht per trip. You pay when you get off directly to the driver. I found you can take it from the condo to Jomtien airport bus station. The express bus to BKK airport only costs 143 baht and the bus drops you off at departures.
