Majlis cottage in Kåbdalis

The cottage is located in the village of Kåbdalis, known for its ski resort. Here you can also easily get out into the wilderness on snowmobiles, skis, horseback, or on foot. Guests bring their own towels, sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases. The cottage has two sleeping areas, one with a bunk bed, and one with a 160 cm bed, a kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, stove, as well as a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Within walking distance of the cottage, there is also a shop/bakery/cafe/post office, as well as restaurants and a pub during the peak season in the ski resort.

The cottage was completed in the late summer of 2024 and is now ready for rent. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a headland by the Lule River. The cottage consists of a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms and a sauna. The cottage also has a large sleeping loft with an undisturbed view of the river. The cottage has a large furnished balcony with barbecue grill.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. At the top of Urberget is this newly built and modern Villa. Space for many with open living room and kitchen with great views of the hill, valley and mountain, where you can sit and look out. Wood-fired sauna with hot tub is available outside. Arjeplog and its surroundings are a paradise for those who like to hike, swim, fish, and ski. In winter, the ski slope Galtis is open and the cottage is adjacent to the slope. Enjoy the cozy sauna after your outdoor activity. Feel free to light a fire in the fireplace next to the house. The mountain cabin is 13 km east of Arjeplog.

Bed linen and towels can be rented (150 SEK / 100 SEK). Final cleaning can be pre-booked for 900 SEK. Cleaning without pre-booking: 1400 SEK.

The train station is about 1.5 km away where there is a walkway. There are also a couple of restaurants and cafés within walking distance.
