This Guest Suite is a large Studio Apt(360 sq ft) attached to our home. It has a private entrance, a large bath, large bedroom with pool view and private deck. Also includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. No Stove. Complimentary breakfast snacks including Coffee, tea and biscuits. The VA Hospital and Bay Pines Park are biking or walking distance. The closest beach is Madeira Beach 2 miles from the condo. All Utilities, Cable/Internet are included. Parking is free and close to the elevators. Plenty of parking spaces are available also.

This unit was completely updated and quite modern! Two TV's in the unit, plus a GORGEOUS view from the 20' private balcony overlooking the Bay! This condo in St. Petersburg is in a great location close to all amenities with many restaurants nearby, including Doc Ford's next door, and shopping nearby. Lots to do; and a 6 minute drive to Madeira Beach! Close to fishing including deep sea. 1-bedroom, condo sleeps 2 (plus up to 2 small children on the pull-out couch).
