10 out of 10 Ned is a Super Host in my book! My stay was last minute, and stressful for my family with fur baby in tow. I needed and received graciousness for a special check-in request. The home was the cherry on top! It is as pictured, cozy, warm, and very clean! The modern kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and gathering with ample seating. Bathrooms were clean, stocked with necessities. The backyard is a fenced in haven for hanging out on the deck and for dogs to be free and enjoy the grass. The home is in a peaceful livable neighborhood with working folks. I felt safe and sound. I plan to stay again and hang out on the deck once the pollen season is over while allowing my dog the run of the backyard. Thank you Ned for providing a beautiful, clean and cozy space.

Wonderful house in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was squeaky clean and very spacious. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The check-in was very easy. I highly recommend this property.

This was a perfect place for me and my 2 kitties in Durham for two months. Kay was responsive when we had some wifi troubles, and otherwide let us be (which works great for me). Plenty of room, well stocked, decent desk for my workspace, two comfy beds, nice yard. It's not a great neighborhood, but the immediate space around the house, the block we were on, was perfectly save. Adorable home, obviously a place where people have lived.

This is our second stay with Desiree and it is honestly the Airbnb that I measure all others against. This is truly the perfect Airbnb. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean, well stocked, great location.... I could go on and on. Absolutely perfect if you have kids with the large backyard and playset, three large and comfortable bedrooms, well stocked and actually usable kitchen, washer and dryer, so much kids stuff - toys, crib, books etc etc. This makes traveling so easy! Can't wait to come back.

We had a great stay at Glenda's. Glad to have found a pet friendly spot so easily located in Durham. She was quick and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Quiet neighborhood and just a few minutes drive to downtown. Would def recommend to anyone needing an easy spot to stay in Durham!

Lanae was just the kindest hostess. We were coming to Durham to see our daughter and her partner. Suddenly their dog fell ill and Lanae was able to take us earlier. Her house is lovely - great pool, squeaky clean and near a beautiful park. We are so grateful for a perfect stay. We will be back! Laura and Joe

Yuan was an amazing host super accommodating with my last-minute booking after our original plans fell through. After a quick conversation, he had no problem with us bringing pets, which was a huge relief. The home was clean, in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, and bonus there’s a pool! Highly recommend.

We had a lovely time here! The house is so charming, with a beautiful garden, in a lovely, quiet area, and within walking distance of downtown. The hosts are very responsive and flexible. Wish we got a chance to pet the dogs ;) Can’t recommend it enough.

I’ve stayed in the apartment 4 times in the last 9 months I think and I’d highly recommend it to anybody. The gym within west village is fantastic and it’s so easy to walk to great places and also to go for a run. I love staying there and hope to be back again soon!

This cozy and beautiful secluded property was just the peace we needed in the midst of a rough travel weekend to attend a terribly unexpected funeral. The space is incredibly well appointed with unique and high-quality furnishings and fabrics. Everything was clean and properly working. Jerry is amazing, helpful, and incredibly kind.

Laura‘s place was clean and quiet and it was exactly as listed. There was easy access to the basement and plenty of room. The bed was really comfortable and the amenities were in place. She communicated very well and timely to any requests. She went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable and was available if I needed anything. I would definitely recommend it for an overnight stay in the Wake Forest area.

The Stowe Away was the perfect gathering place for our Air Force Charleston Crew! We felt right at home, and Dorothy was the most perfect and gracious host. We are looking forward to staying at “The Stowe Away” again in the near future!

We had the most wonderful experience at this charming property! The space was exactly as pictured - even better in person, actually! And to be able to use the sauna after our workouts was amazing. The location couldn't have been more perfect. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. Our host, Anne, was exceptional. She provided clear check-in instructions and responded quickly to our questions. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home. Thank you for making our vacation so special!

Very peaceful and easy to find. Stephen and his co host were quick responders when I had a question. And also told me where extra blankets were just in case we needed extra. I appreciate them especially because it was a last minute booking.

David’s place is beautiful! It’s surrounded by mature trees in a lovely little neighborhood with lots of stores and parks located nearby. David was a very responsive and personable host. Definitely recommend.

It’s difficult to put into words how incredible our stay was. We had two boys with us (6 & 10) and our 11 year old pup. Mike went above and beyond in accommodating us the entire stay. We would like to return to Mike’s lake house every year and make it a summer tradition while the kids are still young. The boat house/dock area is where we spent the majority of our time. It was huge with plenty of place to relax. The photos simply do not do the space justice. Mike had tubes and floats available for use and a sound system down by the dock. Playing music (at a respectful volume) made our stay so much more enjoyable. The depth off the dock was 10ft, which made diving into the water so much more fun, without having to worry about a mucky lake floor. The kitchen is new, as are the appliances. It does lake a dishwasher, but Mike had everything we needed to clean/dry the dishes before we departed. What a trip! We hope to be back next year if it’s still available.

This was our family's second time staying at Eric & Michelle's Airbnb and we loved it as much as the first time. Check in was easy and the house and surrounding areas were beautiful and quiet. The house is clean and extremely well taken care of, we were very comfortable there. Our hosts were quick to respond and friendly making our trip hassle free which was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the time with family in the area that staying here was able to make possible. We would definitely stay again on any future visit, everything was perfect!!
