Un entorno encantador y una casa acogedora y hermosa, donde uno se siente verdaderamente como en casa. Cercana a todo, con acceso fácil y conveniente. La atención brindada por la encargada y la administradora fue excepcional en todo momento. Su calidez, amabilidad y disposición para atender cualquier necesidad hicieron que la experiencia fuera aún más agradable.

Outstanding stay!! We booked Oscar’s place for our retreat after we hiked Acatenango. The garden and running fountain were so tranquil! The flowers and plants in the garden are stunning. There is AC in all bedrooms, but we didn’t need it, since it was cool outside. There is also a washer & dryer with some detergent! That was a godsend after our hike! The beds upstairs were very comfortable! Plenty of filtered water at the home and everything you need to host many people! We were a group of 4 people and loved all the common areas to hang out in. There is an excellent taco spot about 5 mins away and plenty of restaurants very close! The home is extremely private with a beautiful entrance! Oscar was super flexible with our check-in as it changed several times coming down from the volcano. We already have plans to come back and bring more family! Don’t hesitate to book Oscar’s place, it’s amazing!

The home was very specious 🤗 not what I was expecting compared to other Airbnb’s that we had been staying at locally. We were a family of 6 and it was perfect! We did not feel crowded! Velvet was VERY flexible with our check in and communicated with us very efficiently. The home is very close to the Arco de Santa Catalina, Mercado Artesanal, Choco Museo, and many more areas.

The location was very peaceful, but very close walking to amazing restaurants, coffee shops and just a couple of blocks to the hub of Antigua. The roof deck had incredible views of the volcanoes.

I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone! It was like a home away from home with everything I needed for my stay. The host was amazing and incredibly accommodating. I was worried about having no ac but the location does not need it. There is always a fresh breeze and it was never to cold or to hot. I loved the decor so much I bought myself similar items at a local shop. This is a great distance from the center of Antigua if you plan of visiting but would like a little privacy. We even because familiar with a local restaurant with a great family that runs it. If you turn right out the main gate and walk down a little bit it is on your right. The decor is super cute and the food is amazing!! If you are looking for a place this is it!

Fuimos con mi Familia nos encantó el lugar, limpieza 10/10, una vista hermosa, habían áreas libres para jugar, para descansar, nos recibieron muy gentilmente, tenía todo lo necesario para cocinar, hay churrasquera y área de fogata la cual disfrutamos mucho contando historias y comiendo angelitos, una muy linda experiencia , sin duda Regresamos.

La zona donde se encuentra la casa es excelente. Cerca de La Antigua y a pocos minutos de muy buenos restaurantes.

Alojamiento muy cómodo e impecable. Ya estuve en 2 ocasiones y siempre nos sentimos como en casa.

I loved the fully equipped kitchen, the apartment was bigger than expected. The only issue is the noise, you can hear from other apartments or outside. But its totally worth it, it was great!

Al último minuto hicimos un viaje a Antigua y encontré este lugar en lo que íbamos en camino. Inmediatamente recibí las instrucciones para llegar y hacer check-in. También me mando recomendaciones de restaurantes muy buenos y cercanos. El condominio es muy seguro y privado. No tuve tiempo de disfrutar las instalaciones ahí pero la casa estaba muy cómoda y exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Definitivamente recomiendo el lugar y si regreso al área me gustaría hospedarme aquí de nuevo.

Had a great experience at Casa Monarca, only wish we could’ve stayed longer to take advantage of everything. Beautiful outdoor kitchen, pool and yard. Kids loved the playground and trampoline. Rooms were well equipped and clean, hosts were very quick to respond and helpful on coordinating transportation. Not necessarily a negative but worth noting, the house is at the top of a steep hill and uber drivers are not allowed to enter. A bit challenging for the older and very young members of our group, it does lead to a great view though, so a good sacrifice for those fit enough to manage the walk. Bedrooms are not attached to the living space, two are attached but have separate locks and the third is around the corner a few hundred feet away. Ideal for couples traveling together but slightly less ideal for those with young children that need to be within earshot. Additional bonus is that the space felt very safe, peaceful and quiet while only a short walk or uber ride to busier areas.

Muy bonita vivienda, la zona residencial es muy tranquila. si quieres un espacio para desconectar al 100% de ciudades y ruidos de tráfico ese lugar es el indicado, también tiene una vista increíble al volcan de agua. el anfitrión fue muy amable con las horas e indicaciones del lugar.

Es mucho mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos! Es una casa preciosa, no duden en apartarla! Está cerca de la Antigua Guatemala, hay súper mercado cerca, la piscina es hermosa y hay jacuzzi. Sin duda volvería!

Fernando er en super god vært, altid imødekommende og hjælpsom. I boede der en uge, og havde et dejligt ophold. Lejlighed er rummelig, med en dejlig seng, godt internet. Lidt spartansk udstyret i køkkenet, men det gik an at lave mad. Vi kan varmt anbefale at bo hos Fernando, og besøge byen Santa Catarina Baharona, hvor der går busser til Antigua hver halve time.

Our stay at La casa de la Ruina was truly delightful. The accommodations were spacious and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat for our family. The location was ideal, offering a peaceful escape while still being close to local attractions. The hospitality was exceptional, making our stay unforgettable. A perfect setting for quality family time and relaxation. We can't wait to return!

La casa nos encantó, realmente es muy bonita y acogedora. Lo que más nos gustó fue la excelente ubicación: cerca de todo y muy conveniente para disfrutar de las muchas amenidades que ofrece Antigua. Todo estuvo muy bien durante nuestra estadía, pasamos unas vacaciones maravillosas. ¡Gracias por todo!

Excelente proceso, desde la reserva hasta la entrega. La casa muy linda y la atención impecable.

La casa es totalmente acogedora, coincide con las imágenes. Tiene una terraza con un Jacuzzi para poder tomarse un tiempo de calidez. La zona de estancia familiar por la noche, al encender la fogata de mesa, invita a relajarte y tener buenas charlas con los acompañantes. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. Diana super especial en todos los aspectos, nos hizo un tour personalizado que ayuda mucho a conocer la casa y ver las amenidades. La casa queda literal a 200 metros de restaurantes de todo tipo de comida y 100 metros de una Despensa por si olvidaron algo en casa. Excelente lugar realmente.
