Vacation rentals with beach access in Jinhae-gu

Such a beautiful and relaxing place in BUSAN. Strongly recommend this accommodation! The host is so friendly and responsible. The beautiful view and the comfortable environment made us felt so relaxed and there’s lot of cafe near the accommodation which is really convenient for us. I would choose this acclimation again if I go to BUSAN again:)

사진보다 훨씬 좋았고, 아이들과 묵기에 깨끗하고 편안함. 조용하고 위치도 좋고 편의시설도 많았음. 호스트와의 소통도 잘 되고 친절하며 응답 및 해결이 빠름. 이 가격에 이런 숙소를 묵을 수 있다면 몇번이고 다시 선택하고 싶음. 나만 알고 싶은 숙소!!!

I am traveling with an injury and this place was insanely accessible and easy to get to. you literally take one subway stop south from Busan station, choose exit 8 with the lift and you're literally less than a minute away. the pictures and instructions from the host were very clear and I got to the accommodation easily. the view is spectacular from the windows, the place was comfortable and light and airy and very functional. I asked juju for some food recommendations, and I liked it so much I extended my stay a few extra days. the host also was attentive throughout my stay, sending someone to grab the garbage periodically. it was very comfortable, well furnished and I was very sad to leave. will book it again next time I'm in Busan. loved the area, BIFF is a short walk away and you also have the buses literally outside the apartment building. thank you for everything, Juju!! look forward to my next stay!!

Staying here was a great experience. Gemstay was close to tons of great restaurants and right beside a subway station so it was very easy to get around. Like others have said, the washroom is a bit small but it was fine for the few days we were there. Would highly recommend!!

가족들과 첫 부산여행이여서 이곳 저곳 많이 알아보고 결정했는데 들어가자마자 뷰가 미쳤어요~ 저녁에 창가에 앉아 광안대교 바라보며 맥주한잔도 행복했고 위치도 아이들과 지내기에 너무 편했어요~ 좋은 향기에 너무 깨끗한 곳에서 집 처럼 잘 놀다왔습니다~ ^^

Everything was as advertised, just a small issue with the first door instruction that you needed to hit the Key button and end with # to get in. But we figured it out. Good stay, no issues.

It was a pleasant stay. The room is super clean and beds are so comfortable. Location is good with beautiful sea view.

The host is very kind and is always quick to reply. She also left various notes in the airbnb with explanations and instructions. Not only that, but you can tell she really wants her guests to feel like home as she tried to provide with as much things as possible. I've never been to airbnb providing toothpaste, shaving foam, cleansers, etc.. The area is also very quiet, with nice view of the ocean. I highly recommend this place.

조용하고 깨끗하고 사랑스러운 숙소네요~ 2번째 방문인데 여전히 흠 잡을 것이 없어 후기 남겨요. 도보권 안에 바다가 있고 테라스나 안방 거울 너머로 바다가 보이고 아침 일출도 예뻤어요. 숙소 바로 앞에 편의점과 커피숍이 있어 좋았어요. 숙소가 아주아주 청결하고 침구도 푹신하고 깨끗해서 꿀잠 잘 수 있어요. 욕실도 아주 깨끗했고 수건도 넉넉했어요. 세탁기, 밥솥, 토스터기, 다이슨 헤어드라이기, 공기청정기가 있고 정수기도 있어서 생수 사 갈 필요가 없어요. 주방도구도 부족할거 없이 잘 갖춰져 있었어요. 넓은 테라스에서 바비큐가 가능하고 큰 테이블과 여러대의 침대가 있어 가족이나 단체로 방문하기에 아주 좋은 곳이었어요. 한곳 한곳 공간 꾸밈에 정성이 느껴졌고 호스트 분들이 1층에 계셔서 필요한게 있으면 바로바로 챙겨주셨어요. 제 힐링 여행에 큰 역할을 한 숙소여서 송도에 다시 온다면 재방문 할 예정정입니다.

하..... 저 진짜 태어나서 간 에어비앤비 숙소중에 가장 좋았습니다 부산을 정말 애정하고 사랑하는데 태어나서 처음 혼자 간 여행이 부산이기도 했고 혼자떠나는 부산여행은 무려 7년만이라 더 설레고 들떴는데 이틀차날 묵은 숙소여서 해운대에서 일정을 보내느라 새벽늦게 체크인을 했는데.. 원래 취기에 그냥 잠들어버리려고 했는데 숙소에 들어가자마자 한 생각은 아니 내가 왜 이렇게 늦게 체크인했지..빨리 올걸 사실 제시간에 체크인 했으면 하루종일 숙소에 있었을것 같기도 할 정도에요.. 플레이리스트도 호스트님이 제 뇌속에 들어와계신건가 싶을정도로 오바없이 하나부터 다 제 스타일이였구요.. 다녀가신분들의 감성도 호스트님과 닮아있었어요 방명록 보면서 혼자 울고 웃었네요! 너무 따뜻하고 세심했던 공간 다음에 무조건 꼭 재방문 하려고 해요 인스타그램에 올렸는데 숙소문의가 너무 많아서 번창 하시길 바라지만 저만 알고싶어서 친한 친구들한테만 말했어요. 죄송해요.🩷역시 진심은 닿는듯해요 웰컴쪽지도 너무 감동스러웠습니다 덕분에 행복한 부산 여행을 마무리 할수 있어서 진심으로 감사했습니다!!!!!

가격 대비 확실히 시가지로 나쁘지 않음 큰 소리로 떠드는 게스트 있을 경우 소리 들림 엘레베이터 이동 편리함 편의점 근처 있음 (세븐/CU) 쓰레기 처리하는 게 다른 숙소랑 차이 있음.

숙소 너무너무 만족스러웠습니다!! 분위기도 진짜 좋고 주변에 먹을거리도 많아서 잘 놀았어요! 다음에 친규들 내려왔을때 또 오고싶다해서 또 오려합니다!

행복이라는 것이 멀리 있지 않다는 것을 알게 해준 공간이었습니다. 저는 쉼을 매우 중요하게 생각합니다. 쉼을 통해 배우기도 하고 살아가는 원동력을 얻기도 합니다. 이번에는 이 공간을 통해 행복을 얻어 갑니다. 들어서자마자 저희를 반겨주는 너무 이쁜 현관과 밝은 조명 그리고 향긋한 향기와 적절한 온도가 너무 좋았습니다. 자쿠지 창을 통해 바라본 바다 야경은 제 평생 잊지 못할 것 같습니다. 아마 제가 지치고 힘들 때 그 야경을 떠올리며 다시 힘차게 달릴 수 있는 하나의 추억이자 원동력이 될 것 같습니다. 루프탑을 올라가면 가슴이 뻥 뚫리는 멋진 대교와 함께 넓디넓은 바다가 한눈에 보입니다. 바다가 저를 품어주는 듯한 느낌이 들어 세상 행복했습니다. 방의 컨디션은 어느 호텔과 비교해도 손색이 없을 정도로 너무 깔끔했습니다. 부엌과 식탁을 통해 들어오는 햇살도 너무 좋았습니다. 화장실도 너무 깔끔해서 정말 좋았습니다. 부산에 오면 항상 생각나는 공간일 것 같습니다. 이 공간을 만들어주신 호스트님께 다시 한 번 감사의 인사를 드립니다.

I absolutely loved this place! It looked exactly as shown in the photos. Waking up around 4-5 am to witness the sunrise was truly stunning. The view was gorgeous, and I appreciated that it's within walking distance to the beach. The amenities are good! The bed and pillow and soft to lie too! This place is clean & comfortable!

This is the nicest home we’ve ever stayed in with Airbnb! Location was amazing. Home was beautiful. Host was extremely friendly and responsive. If there was a higher rating than 5 that is how I would rate this home! Loved it!!!

This was by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The interior design was fantastic, and the relaxing spaces on every balcony were simply amazing. The cleanliness was on par with, or even better than, a 5-star hotel. We were a group of nine people, including adults and children, and the space was more than enough. Our whole family was very happy with our stay. The host’s communication was excellent as well, and the location was super convenient! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!

10/10 would recommend - PLEASE stay here the next time you’re in Busan!! The entire home is even better than the photos show. The space itself is huge and perfect for a group! We loved the layout and separation between the master and the second and third bedrooms. This gave each person their own space and privacy, with a great communal living room to spend time together. Everything was pristine and clean. The other huge plus is the view and building! It’s ultra modern and as described each room has an incredible view of Haeundae Beach. We originally had more plans on our itinerary but loved the views so much we spent a good amount of time in the home. The location is perfect if you want to explore the beach and just steps away from the Mipo station to take the sky capsule. And lastly the host Eric was kind and extremely responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed for check-in and responded to all my questions within minutes. We’d love to stay here again! Thank you Eric!

We had a lovely two week stay. The home was well equipped for day to day living, rain or shine. Bedding was comfortable, charger available for phones and iPad, wifi worked normal and Netflix on TV. Would stay here again next time in Busan.

Amazing location with wonderful breach views, close to the food market, convenience stores and attractions for a family vacation with 2 kids. Rosie is a great host who provided great recommendations and was very prompt in answering all our questions and any issues we had.

결혼식 마친 후 멀리서 오신 어르신들 쉴 곳으로 선택했는데, 너무 넓고 깨끗하고, 경치가 좋아서 모두 만족하셨습니다. 궁금한거 물어보면 답변도 빠르고 정확하게 해주셔서 너무 편하게 쉬다 왔습니다.
