Cosy Country House U Faflika with Sauna and 2 bath

Really charming accommodation in a quiet village, by car close to České Budějovice, Třeboň, ideal for car/bike trips around South Bohemia. There is a sand swimming pool near the accommodation. It's a place where you can really relax. It has a very homely atmosphere, a pleasant spirit, it is extremely equipped. The new kitchen has all the necessary amenities (even a dishwasher and a washing machine!). The owner is very nice, helpful, and will be happy to help. There is a large backyard where you can grill or just be. The accommodation is also very spacious. I recommend it especially for families with children. We stayed with a friend and we were excited. You can even turn on a prepaid Netflix on your TV. :-) Really 10/10, we'd love to come back someday.

Thank you very much for the whole family to Stanislava for a beautiful place to stay. Since we spent Christmas here, we asked to buy a tree, and the host accommodated us and arranged Christmas decoration throughout the entire accommodation. I would also appreciate the offer of renting a beep with beer and that we were notified of the common room, where everything works for 10 crowns, so we were able to equip ourselves and we recommend the same to all other guests😁 Last but not least, most of our time there was a ginger kitty present from the neighbors, which we named Nitka(I don't know her real name), anyway it was the biggest pet❤️ Thank you for the opportunity to spend time here for quick and accommodating communication and we can only recommend a stay with Stanislava in beautiful South Bohemia ⭐️

We offer accommodation in a private, attic apartment in the center of the small town of Lomnice nad Lužnicí (10km from Třeboň - an attractive place in the south of Bohemia not only for cyclists and families with children). Lots of possibilities for swimming (aquapark Třeboň, Veselské pískovny, ponds).Apartment is located on the first floor of a family house, where the lower part is inhabited by us - the owners. We are available to our guests if necessary and will be happy to advise you where to go for trips around the area or with anything else.

Apartment It is part of a farmhouse with 3 horses, one welcoming dog (neutered) and 3 kitties. The apartment has its own private entrance, its garden with a fire pit and a view of a small riding hall. If you want to bring a dog, please be friendly to cats and other dogs. It is possible to arrange custom breakfasts, homemade eggs, etc. Fix the price for energy over the winter 400kc/night.
