It is a pretty house by the sea, an ocean front, and a nice sunrise and sunset. It is a private accommodation 5 minutes away from the sea, and it is an excellent place to spend time with your family. There is a separate bedroom on the first floor so that there is no inconvenience for more than two families. In the sea in front of the accommodation, you can enjoy marine sports such as windsurfing and fishing. You can enjoy meals and barbecue (available in winter) in the folding door area on the first floor. There is a hole-in-the-wall beach with a forest of solstice trees within a 5-10 minute walk. Estacion 1913 is a quality-certified accommodation by the Korea Tourism Organization. The overall interior is based on a clean white and mint color, accented with the intense and humid paintings of Botero for a high visual satisfaction of customers. There is a private bathroom, private air conditioner, hair dryer, wooden hanger and table in every room. In February 2022, we added a new jacuzzi to our existing hanok. We have prepared an open-air bath so that you can feel the mood, and we have added a hot water retainer so that you can use the bath even in the middle of winter without getting cold. The exterior looks like the old country house, but it is configured so that you do not feel any major inconvenience inside. It's a space that only one team of booked guests can use, so it would be nice if you could take a break and come back. Nearby, Songhyeon Bulgogi starring King Samdaecheon is 3 minutes away by car, and 5 minutes away by car. There is a downtown and a bear market, so there will be no major inconvenience when eating or shopping. This is a place where me and the kids are together. Because of this, please do not smoke outside of our accommodation.

It is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation to the entrance. There is a parking space, playground, and exercise equipment right in front of the accommodation, so it is also good for children and adults to relax. There are convenience facilities such as grocery stores, cafes, and snacks within a 1-minute walk. The Bukhanghoe Center is within a 10-minute walk, and Mokpo Station is within a 20-minute walk.
