Apesar de isolada do barulho, estamos em uma área residencial a apenas 5 min andando da avenida principal, onde se pode encontrar de tudo. Até a praia do Preá são 15min andando, ou 3 minutinhos se for de carro. Lagoas, buraco verde/azul estão a 15min de transporte.
