The entire building has been newly renovated. The Jivany cottage is equipped with 9 beds with the possibility of unfolding the sofa and extra beds. The cottage has a covered outdoor seating area in front of the cottage and at the back by the pool. There is a charcoal grill and an outdoor fireplace. Children can use toys, a balance bike, a sandbox, scooters, a swing and a trampoline. In July and August, only weekly stays are possible.

A brand new spacious luxury villa for rent with a fenced garden (swimming pool, children's activities, pergola with fireplace and seating) is located in the village in the heart of the Bohemian Paradise near the ruins of Trosky Castle. Small children will welcome the sandbox, slide and drawing wall. After agreement with the owner, it is possible to rent a dispensing equipment and a large grill on the lard (fee 2500,-CZK/stay).
