A 10 minute walk to Kroger Stadium. A 5 minute drive to downtown and a 10 minute drive to Keeneland. The city ordinance states, “The maximum number of occupants of this Short-Term Rental cannot exceed 4 people”. “Guests are prohibited from allowing more individuals than the maximum occupancy allows”, which is 6.
