Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Few centuries old stone villa located in a picturesque village Gata, on mountain Mosor. Sea is few km away, so it is possible to enjoy both mountain and beach. House is newly renovated, and because of COVID-19, has not been booked before season 2021. In front of the house, there is big yard with private pool, all gated. The outdoor area offers deck chairs, outdoor shower, and outdoor dining area with barbecue. Owner doesn't live on the property.
