We have a vehicle parking lot, 70-inch TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix, air conditioning, bicycles included in the reservation and laundry area in the facilities (with extra cost). The entrance to the apartments is through the parking lot ramps. Extra surcharge on the value of the night 19% (VAT). Already included in the reservation.

The house is in an excellent location two blocks from the park, with an exceptional landscape on the third floor, from where you can see towards the southwest the Monte de La Mama, the Palo Cabildo, Quebradona, La Estrella and Las Playas del Río Piedras trails. The house is located in the Normal sector, two blocks from the entrance to the Las Nubes Nature Reserve, near the Botanical Garden and the Morro del Salvador, among other places of interest.

My little place is on the second floor: it has a quiet atmosphere, illuminated with balconies and beautiful views of our mountains. I invite you to visit my space. Very important, I must specify to all our guests that from July 8, 2025 until the end of October, the street will have a lot of vehicular traffic since the main road has problems and will be under repair.

It is a beautiful apartment on the 3rd floor, with a family atmosphere in the municipality of Jericó Antioquia, near the main park, it has two bedrooms one of them with a balcony and private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, guest bathroom, living room with TV and sofa bed, also work or study area. On the first floor there is a mixed store.
