Quiet place,safe and family atmosphere. Excellent location to get to know Maceió Centro and the beaches of the South Coast,about 20 min.... Place we will recommend to friends and family. obs:We are grateful for the flexibility of check in and check out.

Very good house and kind host, always available

An excellent house in a very good Condominium between Marechal Deodoro that gives access to Praia do Francês and Maceió... very kind, attentive couple... anyway, my family and I were there now in early January/ 2025 and it certainly left a taste of wanting more!!

We felt at home, the place is safe, comfortable, close to the main beaches, I went by car to Gunga, to Ponta Verde and Praia do Saco and still had time to enjoy the Praia do Francês and the pool of the place is very good, the only complaint is that I could not stay longer, I thought that the energy paid outside was a fair value. I hope to be back soon.

Great accommodation!!!! Family home, very comfy and cozy!!!! I highly recommend and can recommend it because it's the third time I've stayed with my family and everything is always perfect!!!

It was an amazing experience. Comfortable, well-structured and equipped home. The rooms were clean, impeccable linens and bathrooms. The kids had fun in the pool, we had a family barbecue. They played on the tennis court and in the playground. Quiet Neighborhood, in front of a well-lit square. We are sure to indicate and we will return to the house. Thank you

Wonderful stay, it felt like home. The very polite host responded with agility, always willing to resolve and answer any questions. The house very comfortable, clean, airy, close to the sea. I felt very well received, I thought it was very thoughtful that they left liquid Saturday in all the bathrooms, detergent, sponge, bed and bath games well positioned. I loved it! I will definitely be back.

We traveled in 8 people and a puppy, it was a very quiet stay, the house was super comfortable, all rooms with air conditioning working well, very good house, I highly recommend the host Ivete! 👏🏻

The house is great spacious, very nice. The rooms are good, the quality bedding and towels as well. The only thing I think could improve would be the dishes, bowls, etc…

The house is very pleasant; the rooms are well organized and clean; good location (near the beach); and the hostess, Mrs. Vanderleia is a very caring and courteous person. He responded promptly whenever we needed, and even made the checkout time more flexible. I recommend it.

well located house cleans the best of all the very good mineral water better than the bottled ones,a beach that is still being known I liked so much which bought land to build a beautiful house and I will probably make other commercial investments there the landscape of the beautiful region the planting of the coconut trees ,and the creek nearby give a differential on the beach to enjoy the encounter of the sweet water with salt water, with our arrival we can unite to bring the gastronomy sector pharmacy building material has a lot to develop, in two years it will be one of the most sought after to enjoy the beauty of the place.

The House is exactly what it appears in the photos , large kitchen, rooms with air, clean pool, good for children, it is inside a condominium. It is not seaside, but by car it is 7 min. from Frances beach which is a beautiful beach, and further ahead other wonderful beaches. We know several beaches. In the neighborhood there is a grocery store and grocery . Host was requested , responded quickly , whenever we need it. We loved the stay.

Wonderful reception, stay and host!! We stayed with family for a weekend and everything was perfect, the house is just like the photos, very spacious, ventilated, great rooms, everything working perfectly, very good leisure area, we enjoyed it too much. I was extremely well received by Martin. I spent a week staying at his house and several times I needed to get in touch to ask for tips on restaurants, employees, among others and he always proved to be super helpful and quick to respond. The house is wonderful, well equipped with appliances, air-conditioning, barbecue, endless kitchen utensils, cooler, complete china and many other devices that make the experience much easier and more enjoyable. In addition, the house faces the sea, it is a paradise. We were very pleased with every detail of the stay!

The stay was great, Cecília was very attentive and treated us very well. The house has nothing to complain about, everything is great and well organized, there were 15 of us and it accommodated everyone with plenty of space. It comfortably fit the three cars. Very good indeed.

Excellent house, good hospitality and quiet location! Great cleaning and the house is very well equipped... I just needed an electric shower in all the rooms.

The accommodation corresponded to all that was described, was clean and organized. It has everything for a stay with independence for those who prefer to cook at home one day or another. As it was my first time in the city, I thought it would be possible to walk to the center of the French beach, which despite being close, to walk would be a good walk (I believe 20 minutes). However, by car is basically 5min... which I found quiet. jamerson was an excellent host, agile to answer and answer questions! I'll be back soon!
