Within a 10-minute walk, you will reach the historic city center. In the neighborhood it buzzes with restaurants and eateries. Also you will find a neighborhood center with a supermarket etc.

In the Jekerkwartier, close to the city center, in one of the oldest parts of the city where the river "Jeker" runs under the state, is our very quiet house. By means of a narrow staircase, you reach the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, toilet and the first bedroom with two single beds are located. On the 4th floor, you will find the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom without toilet but with walk-in shower, two sinks and a washing machine.

The thoroughly renovated house has a cozy kitchen for 6 people with a small terrace. The 3 bedrooms have been renovated with characteristic elements from the original state. For example, you will find authentic marl walls, typical of the region, and oak support beams. The bathrooms have been completely renovated with stylish tiles and meet the requirements of this time.

studio54 - in Ceramique - Close to all!

You will find studio54 in the trendy Wijck-Ceramique area of Maastricht. My fully renovated studio is very well located within a 10-minute walking distance of the city center, Maastricht train station, MECC Conference center and UMC+ University Hospital. Studio54 has a pantry equipped with a fridge, freezer and microwave. There is no stove available.
