You can see the ocean from all the rooms. This is an accommodation where you can relax while looking at the beautiful nature of Jeju, with chairs and tables provided not only in the rooms but also on each staircase level. Gwideok Bus Stop is located right next to it, so it's convenient to come by public transportation, and there's a dedicated parking lot for those using a rental car, making parking convenient as well. A 24-hour central air purifier is operating in the rooms and hallways, and a Han River ramen machine has been installed in the kitchen on each floor so that you can enjoy ramen for free. All rooms and hallways are non-smoking. For smokers, there is an indoor smoking room in the middle of the hallway, and there is also a smoking room on the rooftop outside.

It is the center of the Seongsan Ilchulbong area, where there are convenience stores all around and restaurants within walking distance. It takes about 5 minutes on foot to Seongsan Ilchulbong Park. Many bus routes that pass through the eastern part of Jeju pass through the Seongsan Ilchulbong bus stop, so it is a good area to use as a base when traveling to the east.
