I can not say enough about how great this stay was!! Cyndi was very easy to work with and gave us a fair rate for booking both townhouse she rents. They open up to each other and share a backyard space with a fire pit and hot tub. The kiddos had a blast - always something to do with the games and game room. Adults had areas that were more quiet for conversation with the spacious floor plan. Madison is a beautiful town and there was so much to see and do. We will be doing this again very soon and are so happy to have established a friendly rapport with Cyndi!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home, Cyndi! It was a weekend full of memories!

I can't say enough about how great our stay was! Tom and Chandra are wonderful hosts and could not have been nicer. Their home is beautiful and is on a gorgeous piece of land. Communication and check in/out was a breeze. I loved the ambiance of the home with the lighting and candles, just made it so cozy! We stayed for Kentucky derby weekend and was a great location to get to and from the derby. The hot tub was amazing after a long day at the track. Loved the outdoor set up overlooking the pond. The home was spotless, beds were comfy, and was stocked with everything we needed and more! We are already looking forward to staying at Tom and Chandra's again!

Madison Manor was a fun place to stay during our spring break. The house and amenities were great. We appreciated the use of the hot tub and the game room for our middle school son. This house is wonderful for people who love older homes, especially seeing how the closets looked back then and enjoying the high ceilings. No worries there is plenty of drawer space and hooks for clothing. Cyndi was attentive to our questions and proactive ensuring we understood the third room had bunkbeds and was a walkthrough to the kitchen. The location was on one side of town and between Main Street and the river walk providing a little more privacy and easy access to both. It was also closer to the bridge which was great for our day trips to Louisville, Lexington, and Cincinnati. The kitchen was great for making breakfast in the morning. If it is off-season, check for hours of stores and restaurants open in Madison during your stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, you can have a little fire as you watch the sunset at night on the river, or watch the sun rise in the mornings. Great view for that. It is obviously a RV, so you won't have a lot of hot water for a shower and the quarters are as spacious as you could expect with a RV. The host was very communicative.

This was a nice location for a girls’ weekend: easy access to town for a little shopping and food, hiking at Clifty falls, and relaxing at the house. The hot tub was enjoyable following a hike and it was nice to have the grill to cook one evening. We did have a problem with the coffee maker, but it was replaced that morning so the one non coffee drinker didn’t have to put up with a few cranky girlfriends!
