The apartment is beautiful and clean and worth more and consists of three rooms and each room has a private bathroom and there is a very beautiful roof and a laundry room and an air-conditioned outdoor sitting and there is a private parking for the apartment resident. The hall needs a curtain to block the sunlight, but it did not pose any problem to us and frankly the air conditioning was very beautiful and cold and everything you need is in the apartment and the kitchen is integrated. Everything you need is there. You feel that you are in your home and may God reward him and all thanks to the brother Ihab, very cooperative and kind

It was a quit and cozy Chalet with everything available, far from city’s hassle, noise and heat. A perfect place to enjoy near new north Abhur beach. Mr. Haleem was a magnificent host providing all the support needed. Definitely will be visiting it again soon.

Check-in went very smoothly, and also check-out – it was just a matter of picking up and leaving the keys with the guard. The house was clean and nice, and we were there mostly to enjoy the pool. When I found out that the pool between 11 am and 4 pm was only for residents in the area, I became a little stressed that we might not be able to swim as we had planned. But it went really well – no one said anything to us, and we were able to use the pool all four days. If you are lucky and the pool is empty, you will have a really good experience. The landlord is very available and helpful – 100% presence. You can contact her 24/7, and she always responds and tries to help as best she can.

The place is clean and tidy as in the pictures. There is a worker in the place, but it is a bit far from services thanx to have me in your place

Clean and tidy place of God's will

Had a great stay — 10/10 experience. The location was perfect, the space was super comfortable, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Just a heads-up for future guests: the bedroom doesn’t have doors, so keep that in mind if privacy is important. Other than that, I’d absolutely recommend this place!

This place was wonderful and the check in was incredibly easy. The host was probably the best host I’ve encountered with air bnb in terms of flexible check in, kindness, and responsiveness. I had some issues connecting the TV to Wi-Fi and he sent someone within the hour to come fix it for me and secure the connection. The location is good with much to do nearby and it was truly a wonderful stay. When I come back I will likely be renting again from here. It had everything someone would need.

Also very close to children's play park and parking. A rather small but suitable apartment for us as a couple and a child. The place and the project are all new and the property is clean, tidy and new. The owner of the apartment is a collaborator, God bless them.
