Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

Holiday Home - Dream Corner

The facility to which we invite you is a newly opened, modern, 2-room with a living room and kitchen, fully equipped, comfortable house, located on a separate, large, beautifully organized plot. It is an unusual, charming place, surrounded by greenery on all sides. The 800 sq meters plot is 180 meters away from the shore of the very clean (1st class of cleanliness) Lake Łęsk. Walking along the lake shore (5 minutes) you will see a communal swimming area with a large pier. The view from the cottage is directly onto the forest.

A holiday cottage in Masuria, one on a fenced plot of 1,000 m2, with pets allowed. The cottage has a comfortably equipped kitchen with a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. We provide bedding, towels, a projector and screen, and we also make available a boat, kayak, bicycles, SUPs, and deck chairs. On the property, there are swings, a barbecue, a fire pit, a covered terrace with garden furniture, and it is very close to one of the cleanest lakes in Masuria. Charging vehicles from the outlet is not allowed.

Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

Fully fenced area, with a jetty providing access to water (no baths allowed). We offer a 3-person boat. Lake Saxon the Great is about 200 meters away, where bathing is possible. We have prepared two 7-person apartments in a separate building for our guests - just for complete privacy. Each apartment has an independent entrance and equipment that allows you to stay in Siedlisko forever. Time passes here on small and big pleasures: walking with horses, cycling and listening to stories about Masuria that you do not know. We invite you for a little happiness.
