Pleasant atmosphere, cozy and beautiful house, exactly as described in the listing. The difference was due to the parking and the charming architecture of the house.

The cozy spot is great for those looking for rest on their trip. The room is well decorated, even with natural plants. A very well equiped kitchen. Super comfortable bed. Impeccable cleaning. The reception, held by Jussara, makes everything even better: it assists what you need, in a pleasant and friendly way. It has very good delivery options, and arrives very quickly. Since we are in Black Gold, the path from the Pousada to the Centro is full of slopes and narrow streets, so the delivery is super welcome (for those who are not used to it). If you want to leave your car in the garage, you can have app transportation and public transport services, with a bus stop very close to the place (various times). Anyway, I highly recommend!

Awesome place. Enzo very attentive. The breakfast very well executed and the care and whim came to our attention. The spectacular view of the balcony eh. Clean and spacious bedroom and bathroom. The hot tub is delicious. Flawless linen and towels. The network works super well… too good to rest. Over the sink outside it is also quite appropriate to feel a lack of light to wash things at night. The refrigerator in the room gets in the way of the engine noise. Tv has no channel options, only 3. And they are unstable because of the antenna signal. Silence and privacy sa absolute. We like it very much and we will be back.

Geeenteee, what a wonderful home! We simply loved our stay at the Oby house. A beautiful decor, all very clean, bedding, bath, all the household utensils… the bath in the perfect room! We took a lot of pictures all over the house. The view is wonderful, a peace just to watch! The house is located right in the center of Lavras Novas, near the Mirante, which gives you beautiful photos and enjoy the scenery. Close to the best restaurants, bars, church, craft shops… Overnight is an incredible quiet, you don't hear anything! It is a very pleasant place! Thanks a lot! Thanks to Karina for all your attention and kindness! Also to Pedro for welcoming us so well and making himself at our disposal for anything. We look forward to returning soon! Super we recommend!

What a perfect place! It was my first time traveling alone and I felt extremely safe and calm. Josi's house is close to absolutely everything, just go up and you arrive at Tiradentes Square. Even at night, it's super quiet to walk. I didn't feel the need to use app-hailed cars. Extremely clean environment, equipped with bowls, pots, etc. The bed with clean sheets and a blanket that makes you not want to get up! There is no trace that there was a previous guest there before me. Everything extremely organized, clean and prepared. It's exactly as shown in the photos, a cozy place and in the heart of Ouro Preto! I only have compliments to do.
