Beachfront vacation rentals in Java

Amazing place. The 4 of us stayed at villa Ayu for 5 nights. We had more than enough space, beautiful garden, huge swimming pool, and beach front access. Everything is organised for a stress free experience. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were taken care by the on-site cook. Dini was super helpful with organising activities. Private balenese dancing, massage, dolphin trip leaving from the beach, taxi, etc. Highly recommended if you are looking to unwind and take a break from everything.

Great stay although was only for 3 nights as we travelled around Bali. Such a wonderful property and grounds with an amazing sea view vista to wake up to. The pool and gardens are very well looked after and all the staff were really nice, caring and went out of their way to make our stay as relaxing as possible. Boat trip to see dolphins with pick up from the front of the house by boat was excellent - swimming with the dolphins was an amazing experience. It's a shame the beach does have a lot of rubbish that gets washed up but this is a wider Bali issue not unique to this area. This didn't detract from what was an amazing stay. Thank you all

This is our second time staying in the tree house and we loved it just as much the second time as the first! Pipit the housekeeper goes to the traditional market to buy ingredients for whatever you want to eat for dinner and cooks it for you - such a special touch! We will absolutely return again!

Great place if you’re looking for solitude. Close to beach. You can borrow boards of many types and surf every day. Owner and locals are very friendly and helpful!

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf genoten met ons gezin met 3 kinderen! Wat een aardige mensen en mooie plek!☀️ Cindra kan heerlijk koken en bood wat we nodig hadden of vroegen. Het was er netjes, veel ruimte, een mooi zwembad en direct aan de zee. Een fijne rustige omgeving, om helemaal in tot rust te komen. Lanang kan van alles voor je regelen. Zo kwam een boot ons 's ochtends vroeg ophalen direct op het strand om dolfijnen te spotten, wauw! En werd er een hele mooie snorkeltour voor ons geregeld. Ook kunnen ze boodschappen en een taxi voor je regelen. De tuin wordt iedere dag netjes bijgehouden door de tuinman en ook is er een (nacht)portier aanwezig. Jammer dat de week alweer voorbij is. We spent five days at the Villa, traveling with two little kids and had a great time. The place is furthered and decorated in such a great way - with an incredible eye for detail. The garden is beautiful and the Shala allows for great looks on the sunset! Nice staff - good cooking from Kadek! The place is a bit remote since the center of lovina is a few kilometers away but if you are looking for a place where you can feel at home and relax and enjoy the view of the sea book it right away!

Tim's villa was a great home away from home. I wanted off the beaten path and a chance to relax while being able to feel immersed with the local population. The space had everything I needed, including a TV to watch the Iron Bowl Game, and his staff were fantastic! They asked me what I expected and gave me the privacy I wanted without issue, answering my questions when needed. I would absolutely recommend this place if you're looking for an affordable slice of paradise with ample space, the sound of the ocean, and a team that wants your experience to truly be yours.

The Villa is located about two and half hours from the airport and the large resorts. If you want to experience Bali the way it was before being loved to death, this villa will exceed your expectations. We were met by a driver with a comfortable SUV at the airport who transferred us to the villa. The driver and vehicle were available the entire time. It is my understanding that being taken close by did not have a cost. Having the driver take you around the island for the day had an additional cost. Confirm this with Susi. Balian beach and a few restaurants are located about ten minutes away. The staff kept the villa clean, and provided fresh towels. Breakfast was included, lunch and dinner, prepared by the staff are for sale from a menu. My wife and I purchased wine at the airport and stopped at a grocery store on the drive to the villa. The pictures of the villa are an accurate representation. Had toy's for young children. We are taking home a memorable experience.

This was the best place so far we ever stayed via Airbnb. I met my parents after given years and we chose this location for the reunion. And it was the best time we ever had together. My four year son met his grandparents and cousin here for the first time and they had a blast. it was all possible because of the picturesque location and amazing staff. The private beach and pool was the best part of it. This place is far from the DPS airport but its all worth the drive. Besides you get yo see the beautiful Bali countryside. Yhe food was awesome! I highly recommend it and would love to stay here again!

Villa fidèle aux photos. La piscine est super. La description sur les services est claire et correspond parfaitement à la réalité Le personnel de la maison est très gentil et serviable. Il y a un bar restaurant à deux villas qui est excellent avec des hôtes très sympathiques et accueillant. La villa propose également des repas si vous souhaitez rester à la maison. Location de scooter facile : 900k la semaine. On nous l’a amène directement à la villa. Attention cependant : correspond aux voyageurs souhaitant du calme seulement. Il n’y a rien aux alentours. Si vous souhaitez bouger, scooter ou voiture avec chauffeur : ils peuvent l’organiser pour vous. Merci

Paradise by the Sea has an authentic, soulful and homely feel with perfect attention to detail, the artifacts the immaculate garden and beautiful pool. Our host Wayan was just so lovely and helpful, nothing was too much for him and his breakfasts were great! His wife Wayan cooked dinner for us and it was so delicious. The remaining staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a beautiful stay in your property in Balian.

Wir haben uns in dieser wunderschönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Villa sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt! Herzlich empfangen von den guten Seelen des Hauses wurden wir auch in den nächsten Tagen mit Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und tollem Essen verwöhnt. Der Garten ist wunderbar gepflegt, der riesige Pool glasklar und sauber - wir wollten am liebsten gar nicht mehr abreisen. Auch der Strand war ungewöhnlich sauber, so dass wir im Meer baden konnten. Vielen Dank an Komang, Fitri, Gede, Manas und das ganze Team für die schöne Zeit!

Outstanding place. Easy to find if you have Google maps, check in easy, host responsive when we had a slight issue (resolved within an hour). Onsite staff polite and helpful. Beach hotel and bar 5 mins drive is brilliant for a large pool, breakfast, lunch and dinner with a beer or cocktail too! Jet ski hire, boat rides and ATV hire 5 minutes away. Great place to relax. Could not have wished for a nicer experience.

Отдыхал с семье неделю, всем очень понравилось!! Как для меня есть один маленький минус, телевизор старого образца, без возможности подключения интернета ( Все остальное просто супер!!!

A four night pleasant stay away from the hustle and bustle of city life. A charming 2 story cabin next to the beach with a pool. Attentive staff that kept everything neat and clean. Complementary tasteful filling breakfast choices served with a smile. Sitting on both patio above and below overlooking a manicured garden was enjoyable, while listening to the relaxing sound of sea waves. Mrs Rafi was most welcoming and a genuine wonderful kind lady. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed here for almost a month and it was a great choice. We had been traveling for two months before this location and we wanted some peace and quiet and a relaxing space. That is exactly what we got. The house is beautiful and the staff amazing. One of the features of this house is that the staff will cook for you. Well, we tried all the Balinese dishes and then some, and everything was so good I wish I could take Ilou and Putu home with me. After eating out for two months it was nice to have home cooked meals made from scratch. The staff really took good care of us and we will miss them. If you are looking for a nice peaceful relaxing space, this is definitely the place for you. :))

We had a lovely relaxing week at the villa. The peaceful and quiet location was just what we needed and the staff made us feel at home straight away. We enjoyed the large pool and loved the massages and facials by the beach. We thoroughly recommend this villa if you’re looking to get away from jt all!

This villa is the most amazing place. So much larger than expected, rooms and beds are spot on, the pool and outside area are perfect and the staff continually went over and above to make our stay as good as it could be.

we did have a wonderful time. Ariska, the housekeeper was brilliant- very helpful, she cooked ,went shopping , looked after us completely without being imposing. gorgeous views and you can snorkle right there on the beach... nobody around , apart from.local fishermen and the roaming cows. next door the building of a new villa didn't worry us too much , and it's worth getting a discount because of that. lovely swimming pool a bonus and a trip to the mengangan island a must ( despite all the rubbish on the beach). the best villa in the area, with impeccable service staff support. highly recommended..

Adi's villa was perfect for our group. He was super responsive and helpful with all of our questions! The local caretaker, Kadek, was so helpful and treated us amazingly well. He was able to seamlessly rent us the 5 scooters that we wanted for our stay. Definitely opt for him to cook you at least 1 meal! We had 2 meals and they were delicious! So worth it! Also, Mudiarse and his nephew Putu (or Putu's wife Jessy) drove us to and from the airport and on day trips when we preferred to be in a car or for longer excursions. They are such nice and genuine people as well and we were treated like family! The villa is right between 2 great surf beaches that are a short scooter ride away in either direction, but you can also surf next to the house! The beach near the house was beautiful and quiet. We loved the more authentic experience in West Bali. Hopefully we can come back and visit next year!

Our family (four people) spent two weeks in Villa. House is even better than photos reflecting. Everything was clean and good quality—many additional facilities eg. PS5, Boose sound speaker, poker chips and cards. The view from the Villa is amazing, pool big and clean. Sunbads and furniture are very comfortable. However, the service was the most important thing that made our stay incredibly successful. Desi (our home maid) is a good spirit of this place. She is so kind and helpful. Our gardener and security man was kind and useful as well. The house is located in a rural area surrounded by rice fields and small farms. The view is incredibly serenity. One major problem - the beach is dirty with (for two weeks no one cleaned it) and water is not clear/cristal because of many streams and ditches nearby with water flowing from fields (including garbage, unfortunately ). Two dead dogs, a goose and animal bones washed up at sea during our stay. Thanks to our gardener it was quickly buried.

Fantastic gateway! Right in front of a beautiful beach and the place is peaceful! Loved the villa!

(-) airnya kecil, pantai berkarang dan banyak warlok yang menawarkan dagangan mengganggu dan memaksa. tapi semuanya ok dan happy, bahkan ada beberapa temen yang baru sampe sudah planing akan kembali lagi bareng keluarga besarnya.
