Just 1.5 hours from Berlin, this is a place of absolute tranquility, historic buildings, a beautiful swimming lake, and unspoiled nature. You’ll stay in the 450 sqm former inspector’s house, part of a U-shaped baroque estate that encloses a 4,500 sqm inner courtyard and stretches across 8 hectares of land. The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

The trailer is located on a farm in a village location on a 1.3-hectare property. Lake Ucker is about 500 m away as the crow flies (road longer!) Prenzlau is just under 2 km away. In the main house, there is a small guest kitchen and a private shower room. Perfect to escape the stress of the city!
