Our 1919 charming home, surrounded by 50 acres of preserved land, is in an historic district and a stone's throw from the NCR hike/bike trail. We have tubes to float down the Gunpowder River which winds around our property and is accessible by foot. The bike path is lovely! Inverness Brewery is located 5 minutes away, Starbright farm is a glorious lavender farm 15 minutes north, Boordy Vineyards, a family run winery, is 20 minutes east, and Ladew Toipiary Gardens is another gem to behold!

This place was perfect for a weekend stay, we were in town to attend a wedding near by. Perfect size for the two of us, I’ve had efficiency apartments smaller than their place. The only suggestion I would make is to add a walkway or stepping stones to the back when guests need to enter the rental. Other than that it was all great!

Our family spent a few days in the area and felt that we truly lucked out finding this place. It was magical - - from the railroad walk, to the backyard creek and beautiful hens. Krista was a great host. She left us some fresh eggs and local coffee beans, which made us feel right at home. House was comfortable and clean. Great kitchen set up for cooking, huge selection of spices.

Me and my family loved Krista’s place, it felt like home! We stayed for almost 3 weeks. Krista was very responsive & the home was great for my kids and dog! There is a fenced in back yard for him to run around and my kids rode their bikes all around in the big driveway. The basketball hoop was entertaining for all of us! We also loved the home decor.
