The property is the original 1930's farmers cottage that has been brought back to life and restored, adding to it all the modern amenities. With a hand chiseled cozy fireplace and bay windows to watch the calves through, even rainy days are special. The property has 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, indoor and outdoor dinning tables. Jarrell Jewel

Enjoy the whole house to yourself (1350sqft of accessable space to you). You'll have 3 bedrooms with 3 queen size beds and 2.5 bathrooms. You can park your car in the garage and you'll get the garage door opener. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. You'll have two Tv's with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon prime. The house also includes a washer and dryer for use. The backyard is fully fenced in for your pets (no aggressive breeds).

The little hut

Relax with the whole family or a single trip to this peaceful house. 35 mins from downtown Austin, 15 mins from Kalahari, and 35 mins from airport/circuit of las americas /tesla. Down the road from San Gabriel river where you can take a walk or fish. There are few restaurants/fast food and a new movie theater in Hutto around 10 mins to drive.
