Stenhaga - house by private lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, Apple TV.

Beautiful Smålandshus in vibrant village. Room for a maximum of 12 people. In the house, there are seven rooms and a spacious and well-equipped country kitchen. Two bathrooms with shower and WC. Cozy accommodation on a small horse farm outside Järnforsen. As a guest, you're offered a basement listing, with all the amenities you could possibly need. You are welcome to use the deck of the house to grill and eat out. On the terrace there is also a lounge group and sun loungers. The property is secluded with no neighbors, which is why you can expect a peaceful evening. Below the terrace, the farm's horses graze, which you can of course hang out with. In the carport there are chargers for electric car and a sauna is under construction in the bathroom.

The house is located in a fantastic quiet and beautiful setting by the lake outside Nye where you have access to your own jetty and boat. Enjoy a boat ride and the view of the lake from the large deck. Just a few minutes away there is a swimming area, cafe and kiosk. Summer invites you to swim, fishing or boat excursions it is winter you can enjoy the tranquility at (or on) the ice. We are located in the Småland garden where the countryside has largely kept its character as you recognize from Astrid Lindgerns stories.

Welcome to Villa Blanche a charming, wooden house in Stenberga – Småland. With lake Saljen close by (2km) where you can swim and fish. There are several walking trails directly from the house. Here you live next to the Stenberga Butiken where you can enjoy coffee, tea or ice cream and get all the groceries you need. In the beautiful garden we have a fire pit for grill evenings. From spring we will rent out our canoe. Go skiing, visit Astrid Lindgren park, see moose or go down the zippline.
