Cozy guesthouse in a lush and lovely residential area. Natural areas with forest, sea and lakes around the corner - and very good transport links to Stockholm city. Living room, double bed, sofa, dining table and chairs, separate bathroom with washing machine, shower and toilet. The kitchen is small, but efficient and well designed. The nearest bus stop is about 300 meters away, buses run every few minutes to Stockholm city. The journey takes 15-20 minutes. Two adults with a younger child can sleep comfortably.

Small cabin by the sea in Nacka

We are renting out this little charming house with a sea view. Perfect for those who want close to Stockholm but stay close to nature. Located right by Nackareservatet and it takes about 20-30 minutes by bus to Stockholm (nearby Slussen). The house has a sleeping loft with room for two people, a small kitchen and toilet with shower as well as a small lounge with two armchairs. There is a small patio and possibility to borrow kayaks. You can also rent a small motor boat located in the harbor in front of the house.

Detached villa in cozy villa area, the house is located on a quiet street and has natural areas close by. The house has a large garden with a playhouse, trampoline, swing and fruit trees. We stayed with three families and lots of kids. The playroom with tons of toys was a game changer. The large and well equipped kitchen allowed three cooks to cook dinner for us with ease. Getting into Stockholm and to the airport with the bus/train was very straight forward and practical. The supermarket is pretty close by in a huge mall, so while it’s quiet and private, you are not cut off. We loved it!

Had a lovely and most relaxing stay at this holiday home by the water. Everything worked great for us. Beautiful scenery, a neighboring park with lovely walks, fully equipped and sparkly clean stylish home, great kitchen to prepare meals, comfy bed, bus stop right by the house for easy commute to the city, and lovely lovely outdoors, including swims ten times a day... and special visitors to the backyard such as deer, ducks and squirrels as well as the neighbor's cat :) If you don't have a car, remember to bring groceries with you, otherwise it's a few minutes walk. Thank you for this memorable stay.

I hade a wonderful stay at Eli's place, everything was comfortable and clean. However, when choosing this place, you must consider the location, which is about 1 hour away from city centre with bus. It is not possible to use metro until 2030+.

What can I say. Everything about Anna-Clara's place was perfect. We spend every summer in Stockholm and wanted something close to, but just outside the city. Anna-Clara's place is a great location for that. The home itself is spacious and airy, tastefully decorated, and very practically laid out. We just loved it! Thanks Anna-Clara and Einar!
