The place is amazing, my family loved it, the landscape is beautiful, there is even a washing machine on the farm, I felt at home, Romildo is always helpful, the pool is a delight, Cris is a sweetheart...guys I highly recommend her farm, very comfortable. Chácara Nova and extremely clean and organized had everything I needed regarding utensils and appliances. Easy access and very beautiful. Mr. Anderson and Wife Geiza extremely polite and helpful we will return for sure. Great place to spend time with family. Super fair price and held what you promised in the photos .

We're in love with Grey House. Our Border collie, Afonso, also enjoyed the entire space very much! The outdoor area is perfect, all fenced, the lawn was well trimmed, there is a vegetable garden in the back and the beach tennis court is great. We are athletes and were impressed by the quality of the sand, by the way! The inside of the house is a spectacle apart: fully equipped, lots of attention to detail, everything new and extremely tasteful! It will certainly become a little spot for us to visit often! We barely left and we're already looking forward to coming back ❤️

The Casa is beautiful as in the photos a very quiet place is quiet great to relax with the family, Cristiane was able to relax the chekin and checkout hours which helped us a lot, we had a small problem with the energy but the contact was quick and the problem tried unresolved, which did not interfere very much with our stay. Great location with nearby markets and shops, we like it very much, recommend it.

Alexandre and Luciana were very attentive since before we closed the house, until we left. The house served us very well during the stay, it has everything! Swimming pool, barbecue, several bedrooms, bathrooms, TV room, dining room, gym in front, tennis court. Anyway, they were very quiet days for those who need to relax.

Wonderful location, beautiful landscape, easy to access. It took us 40 minutes to return to São Paulo. Quiet spot, great house, spacious, accommodates everyone. Clean, fragrant sheets and towels. Living room, large kitchen with quality appliances. Very good leisure area with barbecue, Tennis Table and Swimming Pool. Everyone really enjoyed it. I recommend it to everyone to enjoy a quiet location and a quality home.

The stay was very good. The house is excellent and matches the listing! Quiet and very cozy place. The Nati that welcomed us was very attentive and answered us promptly. We would definitely return, wonderful spot and the attentive amphitters.

The villa is even more beautiful in person! The nearby lake gives a special charm to the place, and the treehouse brings that sweet nostalgia of childhood dreams. The countryside has a rustic and old style, but this does not compromise the experience at all – on the contrary, it only adds to the cozy atmosphere. The swimming pool was warm throughout the stay, allowing you to enjoy until the evening, and our dog had too much fun running down the lawn. We liked it so much that we wanted to stay until later on the last day. We definitely want to go back!

We spent the carnival family , and everything was perfect .. The house is exactly the same as the ad , easily accessible , for those who do not like to leave the house to go in long markets, there is a market near the condominium and you find everything in it .
