Excellent and very organized place, from the reservation to the entrance into the apartment was very simple. I usually spend a few days in SP with certainty and I will reserve the place again. Bons restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation.

The apartment met expectations, attentive host and excellent location. We only had a problem with the building's elevator one day and some outside sounds that bothered us at times outside of business hours, perhaps because there are many dry wall walls, but nothing important, just occasional sounds later at night. Indico and I would definitely come back.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, it has good features and a very beautiful decor! The location was great with several nearby bars, restaurants and shops.

The stay at César's residence was perfect! The house is complete, very clean, the bed and bath linens are super clean and fragrant, the covers are very warm and fluffy. Access to the house is super quiet and great location! César is to be congratulated in all aspects, God bless 🙏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

We spent the Easter holiday at Albertina's farm, everyone loved it, she always responded very quickly, the caretaker was very nice, the kids loved the Kids space. Bed linens were very clean, there are pillows on every bed, in short, you can rent it, you won't regret it! And we'll be back soon for sure!
