Excellent apartment, very clean and organized! High and quiet floor. Clarisse's service is very fast.

Great location. Exclusive building for shortstay. I talked to the host, but some things we found in the apartment. Worn bedding, and there was 1 duvet with holes. Broken glass shower enclosure in the guest bathroom. The sliding door was missing. Where the bath was not pleasant because of the water leaking through the bathroom.

Great location and wonderful restaurants nearby. Close to the mall and pharmacies, which makes it easy for any eventuality! Fully automated check-in, which was new to us, but we thought it was perfect! We would definitely return to this accommodation if necessary!

The house is great and in a quiet neighborhood. The house is beautiful , pleasant , with lots of peace and very dear people. You get plenty of space & privacy, including in shared areas. The room/suite is large with everything needed , shower great for good baths, air conditioning, everything organized and tasteful . “The view is LOVELY”, the bed is good and also has tv. The internet worked perfectly. In the house, there is a beautiful cat who also kept me company…gentle and sweet. The people in the house ( Mr. Valmor and Mrs. Rosa) make you feel super comfortable, kind, attentive, lovers, closing the combo good accommodation with wonderful reception. I can't question anything at all, the communication with Fernanda was super fast, she's very helpful, I had a problem getting to the city and she was attentive, always in touch, I was extremely satisfied and grateful! Millions of stars for this home and fantastic people! Super recommend !

House exactly as described in the listing. Well located, spacious and close to the main attractions of the city. I had some minor maintenance issues, but the hosts were extremely thoughtful and resolved quickly. Great choice for family travelers!

I recommend everyone renting this house, the reception, the people there treated us like family, everything was perfect, I'm sorry it baked too fast, but for sure if we ever come back to Blumenau, there we will stay

The house is extremely comfortable and spacious. Access to the river is very easy and the entire area of the house is very well fenced, which gives you the security to let the children play freely. We really enjoyed the barbecue area and the very well-planned wood stove. The area is scenic and the tour is worth it. The host was very attentive, responded quickly to all messages, was very transparent with other information and kind with the flexibility of check-in and check-out times. Tip: Put a volleyball net on the lawn and a game room on the third floor. We will definitely be back and recommend the property.

Great place to spend with the family, we felt at home and we certainly would love to come back. The place serves people well, too bad it is far from the city (20 minutes by car) but there is a small convenience store about 900 meters away that already has some items. But we love it
