Housekeeping, bedding, top quality bath towel. Tv, air, fan, stove, refrigerator, shower, microwave, everything works perfectly. Worktable made all the difference to me, who was in the river for work. Quiet and safe place. Gratitude is the word that defines me, thank you for your affection, whim, care and respect. My family and I loved the house, ample space, clean house, clean pool, all the utensils we needed were there, clean yard, the pets loved it! Nice location and neighborhood, for those who want peace and quiet it's really worth it. Near Dinos Park, near downtown Miguel Pereira. As there is a lot of vegetation, you need to have repellent. I have no words to describe how much we are delighted with every detail of the house. Aconchegante, I felt like a real home, all extremely clean, organized, home-faced. Super recommend it.

Beautiful, cozy place, great to take your pet. Those who like hiking will love the 3 waterfalls behind the site. The trails are great, the house is wonderful, and the location is quite private. The host responds super fast and is always available to answer some questions or help with something. The house is huge: soft beds, large bathroom, spacious kitchen, and a huge wooded and isolated backyard where a river passes. One of the rooms is air-conditioned and the photos of the house certainly do not match the real beauty and coziness transmitted there. A great place to be in Japeri!

Our stay was great. Ana was a wonderful hostess, the house served us perfectly, everything very clean, the house was super smelling when we arrived. I'll definitely come back more often.

We loved the stay, I rented the space for my birthday and it was amazing, everyone loved it. The space is very well organized and clean! Great to rest too. The host Jorge, anticipates several information, very well explained and detailed. Easy communication is always helpful. Piscina Clean every day, the boy who does the maintenance of the place very helpful and polite.

Great structure to enjoy a few days with family and friends. The rooms in the annex are super renovated, those in the house are a few older but it has its charm of a family home. Please feel like you are spending the weekend at the grandparents' home The social area is all connected, making it easier to keep an eye on the children. The space was very clean when we arrived and all the utensils needed for cooking are available. Gabriel has always been extremely participative, presented everything and talked about some improvements he is making and what he intends to do on site. We spent 3 great days as a family!
